Dr. Fleming and her husband Jim are very nice people. However, when attempting to reach someone in the office by telephone it is very challenging. No one answers and the voicemail is full. Meanwhile, I work during their normal business hours and I cannot check on the status of my $205.00 glassed that are already paid for.

While Theresa Fleming may give great care, she is, by NJ law, allowed to charge for requested records. My mom is 84 and moved out of state. When her records were requested, Dr. Flemming's office said it would cost $10. Then .50 per page. They have to copy ALL records. Unable to just give the latest. (Do they not have electronic records?) It is sad they were unable to show compassion. Not sure how many thousands of dollars she spent there over the years. The total for the records would have been $100. only because that is the cap. We didn't get the records.

Never given a bad review before but I have gone through so much the only thing I can say is that she's very nice lady her and her husband but if you have Eyemed for Insurance and you're going to her doctors Run has been nothing but problems! She is overcharge me and charge my personal account without even charging my insurance I've been dealing with Eyemed for months it has been very upsetting and crazy
