The staff here always make me feel welcomed. The doctor is very friendly and professional. My last visit, the doctor joked around with me and explained what they were looking for during my eye examination. I was told my eyes are very healthy. They have a great amount of stylish frames to choose from. Will continue to go here for my examinations and glasses.

I broke my glasses (sat on them to many times) they were destroyed! They took the time and ground my lenses to fit new frames. They deserve more than a 5 star review, more like 15 stars. I was overly impressed with the service I received!. Staff was pleasant and went out of there way to help me. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

My grandson has a eye condition where he has to have special tinted red glasses. Not easy to duplicate. Rebecca worked with us to get the correct shade. Such great customer service !

The very best eye care professionals. I saw Dr Buccafurni for a routine eye exam and contact lense fitting. Can't say enough good things about her and her staff. Top notch from the Doctor to the techs and front reception people. Staff was very polite, friendly and professional.

My husband and I have our eye exams at Pritz and Gray annually. We would highly recommend this practice! The whole staff and doctors are all friendly and kind and they make you feel very comfortable. The technician besides kind and caring was so thorough and efficient. Dr. B is so friendly and knowledgeable; she takes the time to address all our questions and concerns. A+ to Optical too! I have been coming here for the past 30 years. The best around. Dr. Pritz even came in and opened the office for an emergency for my mom on a Sunday to take care of her. Dr. Nicole has been seeing me for the last few years, always had a great experience. All of the staff is amazing and highly recommend.

I wanted to say I've been coming there since I was about 20 till know I'm 55 know. I have vision insurance also I've been at my job for 39 years and the customer service and rules but there your rules . I feel things have changed not the pritz and gray I know and came to love it's very sad. The marmora office where I usually go you guys cut that down to 2 days. I don't feel welcome at the pleastville office . Of course the marmora office where I go a couple of them.know me ..but I walk out of the office after waiting months to get in in the pleastville office . Cause I didn't have My debit card to pay the 40.00 for the contact fitting I said I could pay tomorrow. Cause from pleastville to where I love is about 35 minutes .. they said I couldn't do that. Well unfortunately I'm trying to find a dr office that is open more hrs. Like you guys used too l work 6 days a week. . But your parents were the Best. I wish you well !!!!

I have been going to The Marmora location for over five years. The front desk girl who works there Kaitlyn is very rude and refused to let me order contacts or even provide me with a sample pair because I had to cancel my appointment due to my work schedule and also not having the money for the visit fee. I am a single mother and I am raising two kids and I think they need more availability with these appointments when I asked to reschedule, They don't have anything for three months. When I asked if I could speak to someone Higher than Kaitlyn at the front desk I was told that no one was available and I would not receive a call back! Very unprofessional!
