1st line staff at desk was very nice & helpful. Very little wait for appt... was able to look at the frame choices while waiting. Appt went smoothly. Dr was easy to talk to, and very informative. Was able to order new glasses that day, & they were ready for pick up within a week.

Wow, nice environment Brenda and Mila personality is so outgoing. I was thinking about leaving but with this new crew place feels more professional, and a pleasure to go to I deleted my old post when there was a different attitude environment, but compared to then and now now is awesome thank you Brenda and Mila for making me and my wife visit spectacular

I have been a patient of Dr Scott for over 20 years, my whole family goes to him as well. He is the BEST!!! He is a very concerned doctor, always following up when necessary. Calling after hours as well. Who does that??? I feel so fortunate to have him in my life. I told him over and over, he better not retire. Lol. Thank you so much for your caring, support, patience and understanding. A big thank you to Kathy and Michelle as well, his office staff.

So impressed with this office! Dr. Scott was very professional and knowledgeable, with state of the art equipment that I have never seen in other offices in the area. He told me things about my eyes no other doctors in the last 30 years of living in this area have diagnosed. Dr. Scott is genuinely concerned about your eye health and will take the time during your appointment to be thorough. His sense of humor will make you feel at ease. Highly recommend this office.

I'm very disappointed with the level of professionalism at this office--specifically from the receptionist Cathy. I came in with a broken pair of glasses and another frame that I ordered to see if my current lenses could be put into the new frame. I received a phone call a couple of days later saying the new frame had broken, but instead of offering a respectful explanation, she told me it broke because they were "cheap knockoff glasses." That comment was completely unnecessary, unprofessional, and offensive. Even if the frames were thin and that is what caused them to break, there was absolutely no reason to insinuate that they were "cheap knockoff glasses" or make assumptions. That kind of attitude is unacceptable and rude, especially in a healthcare setting where patients should feel respected. The doctor may be competent and the other receptionist Michelle was very friendly and helpful, but Cathy's rude and judgmental behavior completely ruined the experience for me. I have been going to this eye doctor for over 20 years and because of my experience, I probably won't be returning. I hope the office takes a serious look at how their front desk staff treats people.

Dr. Scott is the best! He is personable , Thorough, and takes his time with you. When I needed new glasses, he fit them for me in the office and sent them out and had them shipped to my home because we were away for the winter. If you ever have an issue with your eyes, they are always able to fit you in and take care of your issue.

Bought a pair of Cazal glasses and got a eye exam from Dr Furman 2013 very prostyle in every way I think I'll be hitting them up again.

This is how Dr Larry refer to the parents when you take your kids here. Don't take your kids there. Just look at the reviews rude and unprofessional. The building looks like the haven't make any up dates from 30 years ago. Waiting area on have 2 old chairs, no tv for kids while they wait. No sanitizer and it has a weird smell. Don't settle for 3 star place. No lleven a sus seres queridos a este lugar. Son rudos en el trato y muy unprofessional. El lugar huele mal. Tratan mal a las personas. Tu familia merece mas NO los lleves hay.
