Advanced Eye Care Center

I had a fantastic experience at Advanced Eye Care in Wayne! From the moment I walked in, Alexandra K. at the front desk made me feel welcome--super friendly, efficient, and helpful with all the paperwork. Trish, the manager, was also wonderful--she clearly keeps the office running smoothly and was incredibly kind and professional. The whole visit was seamless and pleasant. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for top-notch eye care and excellent customer service!

Dr. Garg is amazing! She is so kind, so informative, never rushes us and makes my 83 year old mother feel comfortable. I stopped taking her to a Fort Lee doctor because one of the staff members was so impatient and always made her nervous when he did her exam...she dreaded going there. Lauren was the total opposite. She was kind and most of all patient with my mother. She understood that young children and older patients will need a little extra time and patience during there exams. I can't thank them enough for taking care of my mom's eyes. I will definitely recommend anyone to visit this practice.

Very rude on the phone and not helpful at all Edit as I'm unable to reply, was attempting to become a new patient and schedule an appointment was met with nothing available today which is completely okay. What was the poor customer service part was when offered another day I said I was not available for that day and the representative responded with a very short "bye" and hung up on me, not helpful by not offering additional appointment slots or atleast trying to do anything to accommodate. I'm not interested in calling a manager to fix whatever as it's a first impression and it was truly a horrible taste in my mouth so you won't be receiving my business.

When you walked in the front staff welcomes you with a smile!!! I wouldn't have anyone else taking care of my eyes!!! Dr. Choo and her staff is amazing...friendly and professional...explains every exam and if you any concerns, she will definitely have a solution. Absolutely love this place. Would definitely be back.

It's ok if you have to wait for your appointment because they are behind. That happened countless times. What really gets me is I get a phone call stating I'm 20 minutes late and they gave my appointment to someone else. I messed up on my appointment time but to say I had to make another appointment but it's ok for them to make me wait. I was even in the parking lot. Welcome to my world, we would never do what they did to me.

Don't listen to any of the negative reviews!! This office, staff and doctors, are the most kindest and professional group I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with! I'd recommend AECC to anyone!

I usually never write reviews, however I feel compelled to after the wonderful experience I recently had at Advanced Eye Care, Wayne, NJ. Dr Reing was so pleasant, kind and caring and I feel he really had my best interest in mind. He spent a considerable amount of time with me explain all my options. This really impressed me considering how busy the office is! The staff also, were so helpful and nice. Overall, I was impressed and have recommended this practice to many and will continue to. My thanks to all!

Highly recommend Dr. Reing and his team, especially his optician Robert. I don't have complicated vision issues but I'm always treated like a valuable patient. My prescription for progressives is a little unusual and I'm somewhat difficult to fit for glasses but they have gotten it right the first time, every time. Delighted that they have opened an office in Randolph, which is closer to my home than Wayne.
