Such a wonderful office. I've only worked with them twice so far and I want to secure Dr. Alesi as my primary optician. The staff is caring, quick, friendly, patient, and attentive. No matter the concern, the staff can direct you to what you need (I even got a bandaid for my blister!). You couldn't ask for a better organized station either. Everything was clearly labeled and made navigation a breeze whereas some offices can be a maze. The nurse checking my eye health/taking history/doing vision tests was extremely attentive and described exactly what she was doing and why which is SO appreciated as most people don't do that anywhere. She even made it a little fun and we could laugh which is rare in clinics. Dr. Alesi clearly is very knowledgeable about anything to do with the eyes and surrounding criteria. I informed her about some personal recent diagnoses and she was quick to say that, yes, it can lead to changes in my eyes. This made me feel at ease because most male doctors would dismiss me as a young adult woman and not listen. The office will also easily work with your insurance to get you the best possible price/copay/discount or whatever you need. The front desk gave me a breakdown of the price per service so I could make an informed decision on what I was getting for that appointment. I'll be happy to go back next year which is saying a lot considering I normally don't like going to the doctor!

Randolph eye care is wonderful. The phone staff is always pleasant and helpful. Dr. Walker is great! Knows his stuff and is very patient. I had to unexpectedly bring my two children to my appointment and everyone was so understanding and patient and let me keep my appt and be seen. I will always keep coming back and would recommend them to anyone!!

Consistent with my prior visits, all aspects of my latest visit were excellent. The reception staff received me promptly and were friendly. My wait time was short. The technician was thorough, clear and friendly. Dr. Perrins, my optometrist, conducted a comprehensive examination, listened and understood everything I said, gave clear, understandable advice, and provides the best bedside manner you could get. I never felt rushed or stressed.

I have been going to Randolph Eyecare for many, many years. My kids used to go there when they were younger. From routine annual eye exams, to laser cataract surgery as I got older, Randolph Eyecare has always been excellent. First Dr. Perrin, and then Dr. Rick Walker did a great job explaining what's going on during an exam. Dr. Walker always followed up after my cataract surgeries. Optical Options is conveniently on site to get new glasses, and everyone from the front desk to the opticians to the medical staff are professional, friendly and responsive. I highly recommend them. They are the best.

After 25 years of coming here, I have a few facts to share. Excellent facility. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Very diverse and welcoming to all. Not to mention the quality of care provided by the doctors; superb!

Best place ever!!!! Kim in the billing department is my girl! I saw Dr. Alesi and she was AMAZING! I usually see Dr. Walker who is WONDERFUL but every Dr here is nothing short of amazing!!! I will never ever go anywhere else!

I had a fantastic experience during my eye exam! The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease from the moment I walked in. The doctor was thorough, explained everything clearly, and answered all my questions with patience and care. I never felt rushed, and the entire process--from the exam to purchasing contacts everything was smooth and stress-free. The ladies at the front desk could not have been more helpful- top notch! I really appreciated their time. Highly recommend!

Staff was friendly and efficient. Dr. Walker is great. He takes the time to fully explain his findings and available options. My cataract surgeries went flawlessly and the results are much better than I anticipated. I highly recommend Dr. Walker.
