As someone who is apprehensive about anything involving eye care, I can't recommend Red Bank Family Eye Care enough. From the moment I walked in I felt at ease. Dr. Curtis is knowledgable, friendly, thorough, comforting, and sensitive to a patient's needs and concerns. I can't speak highly enough about her. In addition the entire staff was helpful and attentive. The office manager Jamie answered my questions promptly. Finally Ty, the optical manager was fabulous, and I will never again buy glasses anywhere else. (or for that matter seek eye care anywhere else!)

I had a wonderful experience at Bank Eye and my issue was resolved. Dr. Curtis gave me exceptional care; she is knowledgeable, friendly, patient, gracious and funny. Her staff is warm and welcoming and I am blessed to have her as my doctor. Thank you, Linda Menut

Dr Curtis recommended an ophthalmologist from Atlantic Eye. I had an awful experience as Dr. Patel put in a lens that was not a good. Saw blurry near to far. When i questioned him about the not good reviews on it, his answer was he never heard of this. I had to wait 3 months to get it removed as the surgery center changed locations and had me with different dates and never telling the truth about, no surgeries at this time! A nightmare! I called Dr Curtis to get glasses so i could see..I am a professional portrait painter. She never returned my call and the office said Patel was handling it. Her words were "don't see anyone but him". Well, I had an explant and when i told him I couldn't see great and it was like vaseline in my eye, his ego answer was, Don't look for trouble. Its dry eye. I went to Dr Safran, who is an expert at explant lens surgery. He knew immediately! I had pvd with astigmatism and Patel scratched the second lens. I did not have dry eye! She never got in touch with me again! I had a vitrectomy and LRI and can see great now. I would never recommend her to anyone. She only had 1-2 reviews. Should have researched her more. She wanted to just keep giving me lenses in which I spent money with this cataract eye. I got into a car accident at night as a result and then she thought i should see Patel. A nurse told me doctors get $$$ from referrals. I hope she is happy with it.
