America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I went here for the first time yesterday and the service was absolutely amazing! Everybody was very sweet and the doctor was very fast with my appointment! I accidentally scheduled for an eye only exam instead of contacts as well, but despite them being short staffed they were still generous enough to find a way to quickly fit me in! I really appreciate their help and kindness!!

I came to this location after moving in town, and having issues with my prescription from the California location, the staff here went absolutely above and beyond to assist me and figure out what was wrong with my prescription and why I was having double vision issues. From the doctor to staff members at the desk, everyone was so attentive and so helpful, Mina was absolutely amazing, as well as Mary and another lady that had blonde curly hair ( I apologize for forgetting the name). I am definitely going to be a lifelong costumer and no one will be checking my eyes besides them moving forward. I wanted to express my gratitude for the exceptional costumer service. You guys are an amazing team!

Talk about good service! Last year, I bought three pairs of eyeglasses from America's Best.. Last week, I fell down a short flight of stairs and badly bent the distance glasses I was wearing at the time. On Friday, I went to America's Best hoping they could repair the frame and fully expecting to pay for the repair. Not only were they able to repair my eyeglasses while I waited, they didn't charge me a cent. Nothing! I wasn't in there for 15 minutes from the time I entered 'til the time I left. Bravo, America's Best! It's service like this that keeps customers coming back. I know I will.

The rio grande location went beyond my expectations! Dr Frinkle is the sweetest Dr and all the employees were just so friendly and nice. Even gave my kids colors and paper to keep them busy as we waited. The genuine kindness of Shawna was heartwarming. We werent just another paying customer, we were treated so well.

Amazing customer service!! I am in town for my son's wedding. The Americas Best I go to in Virginia didn't get my contacts in before I had to leave for Jersey. I called Americas Best Rio Grande and Kim was so understanding and set aside a trial pair so I could have contacts for the wedding! When I stopped in, Jess helped me and was just as amazing! Thank you ladies for helping to make the weekend perfect!

Unfortunately, due to a tragic accident, I lost my house, Roofing And Siding company, and have become completely indigent until I jump through the hoops to get my life back together. I came to this store to get my eye exam and contact lenses. I told the optometrist that I have difficulty reading with my regular strength prescription. He gave me a pair of contact lenses that took up every dime of my insurance that didn't work since the day I picked them up. After many phone calls I asked them to grant me a trial pair of contact lenses that actually worked after I went back saying I couldn't read. All of my insurance is used up and they told me they can't grant me a trial pair of contact lenses because it's been over a year. Leaving me stranded without the ability to read or see efficiently! You would think a big corporation would have no problem accommodating a customer who was given a pair of lensesI honestly think they should provide me with a new six month supply of contact lenses that work correctly like the trial lenses the gave me the first time. I paid out of pocket for those lenses that never worked and I feel I should be compensated with the correct prescription of the trial contact lenses that appeared to work for me for two days before they tour as I was cleaning them. They could care less about their customers. They just want you in and out to get your insurance money. I am a business owner prior to losing everything and I would never in my life. treat a customer like that this is a tough one and I don't know what else I'm gonna do. The bottom line is I paid for a product that never worked. So what did they do for me? They gave me a trial pair of the lenses that they should've given me a 6 month supply of the correct lenses. Nope, just told me I had to pay $380 per eye. I've had enough. I'm calling corporate. Next, will be an attorney. Do not trust this place in RioGrande NJ. Worst experience of my life! They could care less that they left the type one diabetic without the ability to see clearly effectively after paying in full.

Kim was AMAZING! She made me feel so welcome & helped me SO much when it came to understanding my benefits w/ my insurance. Only going to her from now on!

I drove past two different americas best stores to go to the one in Rio Grande. Listen to me when I tell you...GO TO THIS AMERICAS BEST! They by far are the best eye doctor I've ever been to, even private practices. Don't waste your time, just go straight there. Even if I move out of state, I'm driving back down to go there. THEYRE AWESOME!!!
