BJ's Optical

This place is by far the best (and only) place I will go to for my glasses. I'd just like to start off by saying that I suffer from OCD, which unfortunately translates to both the symmetry and feel of my glasses. ALL of these women have been beyond supportive, accepting, and welcoming to my MANY trips for adjustments to my glasses. I never feel uncomfortable or ashamed walking in there for the billionth time asking for some kind of adjustment. The opticians, Karen and Ingrid, are excellent at their craft. Ingrid has a great personality and Karen is the kindest person I ever met. Both will really listen to you and take their time, making sure you are happy before you walk out of there. As far as the lenses go, I wear progressives and the lenses here are excellent. They have a wide field of view, great clarity, and are very easy to adjust to. I'd recommended this place to everyone and anyone I meet. It's hard to find businesses that operate like this one.

After an awful experience at VisionWorks, I went to BJs just to look at glasses and Cathy was phenomenal! I'm picky with my glasses and Cathy saw the shape I liked and found every single pair that she thought I'd like. My prescription from VisionWorks wound up being wrong, so I found myself back at BJs and again Cathy came to the rescue! She got me an appointment with the O.D. Diann that same week and also had all my information ready to place the order for the frames I wanted! Diann was quite honestly the best eye doctor I have ever been to, and I've been going to eye doctors for over 10 years. She was so funny and answered all my questions and concerns honestly and with compassion. This whole experience has been wonderful!

Everyone these is wonderful and helpful. O.D. Diann Brophy is fantastic. Explains things clearly without drama and humor. cost of frames is fair and even super low when there are sales but the cost of lenses is not great. This is the industry where a patient first spends time and falls in love with a frame and then gets price shocked when looking at lens options. Like printers and ink (low cost printer / high cost ink).

I took my son here to get his glasses. The girls that work here are absolutely amazing and so sweet. It was hard to find a place that had children's glasses that would fit my 4 year old's face. The only downside is they don't take insurance so it is pricey out of pocket but worth it. I would highly recommend getting your child's glasses here.

My previous experiences here has been "STELLAR." I truly believe the people care and are highly skilled. And they are human, which needs to be realized and expected. So, my five (5) starts is about how they strive for perfection and 99.8% of the time reach that goal. Thank you for consistently reaching for sincere excellence...

Karen and the other lady (I'M SO SORRY! I can't remember anything) were super kind, patient, and helpful with our 2-year-old that needed glasses. Glasses came in quick. We'll definitely go back when we need new.
