I was able to get an appointment for the next day when I called. I arrived a few minutes early and was escorted to the office and my appointment started immediately. The appointment was very quick. Maybe 15 minutes start to finish. The Dr. was friendly but did not engage in any conversation and did not address any previous history. I paid and was given my prescription and sent to the front to work with an optician. Perhaps the optician I was working with was newer. Another optician was constantly interrupting him and correcting him. Poor guy was flustered and never got his footing. Then the other optician took over when they were trying to correct my address in the system. No one asked me for spelling of my address or a license to confirm my address to try and correct it quicker. This correction took longer than my examination and contact fitting combined. I left with contacts and my ordered contacts will be shipped to my house so I am giving this trip 2 stars. I will never go back and I will never recommend going here for eye care. It was all very rushed, awkward and not comprehensive.

Dr Caridi was as patient as she was kind and intelligent. I'm a first-time contact wearer, so I had to narrow things down for comfort and clarity. Long story short, I had to go back a couple times, and she was so absolutely patient and willing to work with me to ensure that I got exactly what I was looking for. In the end, I've never been happier with my eyes. 100% would recommend to my closest friends and family.

I bought two pairs of glasses from here at the end of last year. Readers and distance. I recently bought progressives. The staff here is terrific. Any problems I've had, they fix it on the spot. From changing my broken frames to tightening my new ones. I'd give them a 10 if I could. I'm very happy I chose them.

Just a really bad experience here. Went in and there were three people, one with a customer, the other sitting alone at a desk and another standing at a desk, all ignored me even though two were actively doing nothing. I then went up and asked about my appointment, I was told to have a seat. I saw two other people sitting there even though I had an appointment scheduled in the next 5 mins. I was told it wasn't an issue.
Of course the people there were "walk ins" and my appointment time wasn't honored. I decided to leave after 15 minutes because two walk ins were ahead of me and when I mentioned I was leaving I was told "okay" with complete disregard.
I will be going somewhere else that respects my time and wants my business.

My prescription was not due for 2 months and wanted to fit new contacts because the ones she prescribed were uncomfortable. I do not wear them often as I prefer my glasses and only used a 30 day box in 10 months. They would not allow me to try on a different brand. I understand that you need a new exam every year in NJ but i would have appreciated to speak to the Dr.
