The staff here were amazing! So patient with my son who was freaking out and did everything to accommodate us to make him more at ease. They never rushed us, took their time to find an alternate solution when he didn't respond positively to getting a measurement. Even called his doctor to try and get the information for us. Just truly compassionate individuals and great service!

Well to start the entire team was very helpful. The nice blond blue lady help me set up the appointment, Dr Emil was very thorough explaining what every scan of they ment and what I should keep an eye on for. Both Mrs. Danitsa and Roxanne helped me look for glasses that fit and explained to me about sales and options for my glasses. Overall the team is very friendly and helpful to the customer I would recommend this location to all of my friends .

I see negative reviews here about the manager, Angie. I don't know if I've had any interaction with her, but everyone I've worked with at this location has been super friendly and accomidating, most recently I worked with Joonho. I've had my past 3 pairs of Ray Ban frames filled here, and have to say that my experiences have been really pleasant. I've been pleased with how helpful everyone has been, as well as the quick turn around time and the quality of their work. I would recommend this location to anyone who asks.

I wanted to compliment Dr. Emil Martirosyan, Optometrist, who practices inside Walmart Vision Center, in Secaucus NJ. Dr. Emil is very knowledgeable and attentive. He probes questions and decides on the optimal outcome. My primary reason for giving him a 5-start rating was because of his follow-up.
Years back, pre-COVID, I was prescribed specific eyedrops for my dry eyes by my neighborhood optometrist. I stopped using these drops after a few years, and my dry-eye symptoms would flare occasionally. Now, my symptoms are much more frequent, leaving me with terrible stabbing eye pain in the morning upon waking up. So, I scheduled an appointment, and I requested a prescription for these specific eyedrops. Upon informing Dr Emil of a request for a Prior Authorization from my insurance company, Dr. Emil worked with my insurance company in getting the PA approved for these eyedrops! Thank you so much, as I can refill my prescription for the next 12 months that the PA is valid. I recommend Dr. Emil Martirosyan.
