First time in the shop and they gave customer service new meaning. New to the area I had quite a few pair of glasses that needed adjustments and I didn't know where to go. I wandered into the shop and the sales people greeted me warmly.

Great experience. If you're going here for the Even Realities glasses with progressive lenses, then this is a required stop, since only a retail store (and as of writing only this and its sister location in NYC for America) can place an order for progressive lenses due to the measurements needed.
Eraz made the process very straightforward. It was a smooth and pleasant experience. He is very knowledgeable about the product and was able to show me the specific tips and tricks that just don't convey over watching a video review. He takes your measurements, you sign a waiver that says you will be safe and ethical with the glasses (very humorous that this exists), and he sends you on your way. Just have your prescription ready to send to him.
