Great experience shopping at the Short Hills Mall Retail Store on a Saturday afternoon. The store was clean, well stocked & organized, with a large selection. The staff was friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. I found the perfect frame, and the price was reasonable since it was a second pair for working on the computer and my insurance only covers one pair/year. I had tried to use the online app but was getting frustrated and not finding anything so decided to go to the store and it was a success. Highly recommend!

Just went in to get my frames tightened and now I have broken frames.
Abena the optician was too rough and chipped off a piece of plastic from my frames.
She said "oh a piece of plastic broke off, these things happen, if you had purchased your glasses here we could repair them at no cost, but since you didn't there's nothing I can do"
Did not look me in the eyes, no apology, nothing! Terrible customer service.
I said "it sounds like you don't even care", she replied " that's not it, there's just nothing I can do"
NO APOLOGY, no "let me see if I can reach out to manager" nothing, nada , zilch.
I'm getting married tomorrow and now I have a pair of glasses that might fall apart at any given moment.

The check out process was so easy, they enter the eye claim for you with your insurance company. Totally happy with my experience there.
