Friendly, thorough, professional team. Great customer service, and all personnel are extremely capable. I got new vision insurance recently and happy they are able to work with it and I saved alot.

Didn't tell me the Huuuge fee for contact lens fitting until they already started the eye exam, which means they would charge my insurance regardless of whether I payed the extortionate fee. Doing this meant I would have to pay the fee, or else waste my annual eye exam insurance benefit. They also charged my medical insurance (separate from my vision insurance) over $800 for a simple eye exam. Complete scammers at this business

I got an eye exam here and purchased 2 pairs of glasses. It was seriously the smoothest and most comfortable experience. The appointment started right on time, the doctor was great, and the exam was quick and painless. The staff really knows their stuff and offered useful advice on styles and coatings I hadn't even thought about. Pricing was super clear with no hidden fees or confusing stuff.

If you are considering on going to Eyecare on Easton, please read this review first. Incident 1: When I went to Eyecare on Easton for my annual appointment last year, I was quoted a $25 co-pay and $125 contact lens exam fee (after I gave them my vision insurance info). I didn't question it, and paid the $145. Before my annual appointment this year, they quoted me a similar figure. However, I checked my vision insurance policy this time and my co-pay is supposed to be $0 for contact lens evaluation. When I informed the establishment of my vision insurance policy, they amended their estimate and said that I would have to pay a $35 co-pay since I have astigmatism. I paid it. However, why aren't they checking each patient's individual vision insurance policy? How many of their patients are being overcharged? I was willing to let incident 1 go, since mistakes happen. However, then Incident 2 occurred. Incident 2: For context, my vision insurance provides an annual $130 allowance toward any contacts. On 9/4/2025, I was quoted by a sales associate that a 6 month supply would be $300. I asked if the $130 allowance could be applied - he said that it is only available if you buy a full year supply. He then tried to sell me on a full year supply, saying that with the $130 discount, it would be $470. I declined. When I pick up my contacts 11 days later (9/15/2025), I was told that I only bought a 3 month supply and no returns were allowed. I immediately went to 1800 contacts to buy an additional 3 month supply and guess what? Even though I was just buying a 3 month supply, the website factored in the $130 allowance (the same allowance that the sales associate said didn't apply unless I bought a full year supply). For a side-by-side comparison, I went to Eyecare on Easton and paid $300 for a 3 month supply (even though I requested and was quoted for a 6 month supply). I go to 1800 contacts to buy an additional 3 month supply, and it's $152.98. I will not be returning to this establishment. I would recommend going elsewhere.

Absolutely love this office! You're greeted warmly as soon as you walk in, and checking in is super easy. The eye doctor doing my eye tests explained everything she was measuring. Felt so taken care of, highly recommend!

If you need an eye exam or glasses, this place is the best. I've been a customer for years and it's always a solid experience. The people are nice and friendly, which makes a big difference.
