Like Dr. Kuchar but always wait forever to see her. Last appointment I waited over an hour and when I went up to the front desk to inquire, I got nothing but attitude. "No idea when you are next" and when I said I needed to leave they got even more of an attitude. Get new front desk help!!!!!!!

I have had many appointments with them over the course of the past two years, and while I love Dr. Murr, I always have to wait extremely long times before being seen.
I've had 9am appointments and see employees walking in at 9:17. Now it could be that employee starts at 9:15, but all I know is that I've waited half an hour to an hour to be seen.

Dr. Jadico is great. I've been going to this practice for 20 years. However the practice manager Michelle at Somerset office is terrible, the worst customer service from a doctor's office in many years. Had to wait 5 months for the appointment and could not get the medical test done because they keyed my appointment to the wrong day, and I was not able to take a second sick day, at the last minute, for the wrong appointment day. The practice manager said it was "my problem", "not their responsibility" to help, and if "I cared about my eyes and thought the test was important I would take another sick day for the mis-scheduled day", quite the privileged position that most of us don't have with our jobs. If you have serious eye issues, and they make a mistake, keep in mind this office staff does not take responsibility for their errors or care at all to help to accommodate a patient due to their mistake.

I received a complete eye exam from Patricia. She is very pleasant to deal with and put me at ease. I even had a couple of calls come in that I had no choice but to take and she was extremely understanding.
Next, Dr. Stevens came in and thoroughly went through my results and conducted a few extra tests to verify his conclusion. He informed me that I have scar tissue on the back of my left eye. It can be reversed but not at their facility. He recommended that I contacted RWJ Eye Care. I didn't pay a dime and was treated wonderfully. I highly recommend this facility.
