Doctors was nice and no issue at all. The Staff at glasses section was very rude and not explaining the details if we ask any questions instead very adamant and really frustrating. When we went with family for initial doctor visit on 12/30, the doctor handed over our prescription to the Glasses section staff. We asked clarification about glasses specification, but the staff very rude ask us to quite and follow what they recemented blindly. She didn't seem patient and wasn't very polite. It felt like she wasn't really listening. that's not an excuse. Finally, I ordered glasses for 3 of my family and they said after 2 weeks your glasses will be ready and they will inform me. I didn't get response until I call them on 1/27. Here, the miracle is, They called back on 1/28 and said come and pick up the glass for my other kid who I never ordered glass. They messed up and gave me glasses with other kid prescription. They said we will work again and correct the glass. I got text message that glasses are ready and went to pick up by 1/30. They said still not ready for messed up glasses and only pickup other 2 glasses. During that time I asked details of the signed paper with my details. They denied to share with her rude attitude. After this experience, we're honestly reconsidering and not recommending.

Been going here since 2013! The staff is wonderful and the customer service is top notch. The retention of the staff lets me know that they're treated well! Freddy was super knowledgeable and easy to work with.

I have no issues with the doctors at all, but dealing with the front desk for appointments has become really frustrating. My insurance recently changed, and I gave them all the info I have. I know for sure they're covered because I see them listed on my insurance provider directory. The front desk person, however, didn't seem patient and wasn't very polite. It felt like she wasn't really listening, maybe because there were other people on the call too. Still, that's not an excuse. This isn't just about me either. My whole family comes to this optometry office, but after this experience, we're honestly reconsidering. I can't even brush it off as her just having a bad day. I really hope they recorded the call and can listen back to it.

Dr. Sachar was very detailed oriented and thorough in his exam of my eyes...he also answered any questions or concerns I had. Dr. Sachar also has a GREAT bedside manner. I enjoyed my experience at Eyekraters...the frontdesk staff were also amazing, friendly and professional!

Just want to share what i think of Freddy and his customer service it's one of the best i've experienced in a long time!!!!!!! I have worked in Pharmacy for over 25 years and it's truly amazing to see how much Freddy gives his heart and soul into each interaction. I hope EyeKrafters truly values the gem that he is and kudos to the entire the staff and doctors the place looks amazing!!!!!!!

The entire staff is very friendly. From year to year they are always nice! Frames are beautiful!! Dr Koppel is awesome!! KUDOS to the entire team.

09/30/25 Saw Dr. Koppel and he was a pleasure to work with. Entire front desk team was kind and respectful. This was a quick and easy visit. Second year in a row with five star service.

Although there was an inconvenience with them saying my appointment was cancelled, they were able to fit me in and see me. Dr. Koppel was very nice and easy to work with.
