Most useless office to exist.
Been calling for a full week to get a new pair of glasses for my son. Nobody answers the phone but when you go in front desk ladies sitting laughing gossiping. Finally reached someone for her to not even ask my information just to inform me to call next week because they are "short staffed" and I'm going to have to pay out of pocket. My sons vision is very bad so now he has to go more time without seeing because they can't help. I recommend going literally anywhere else besides here.

I can't better place for eye Dr, Dr Atul Agrawal and his team is the best for knowledge and specially equipments they have. Accuracy in diagnosis and going to details of need is the best of their expertise. Staff at office is exceptionally the best and help to accommodate your urgency. I wish I can five more than 5 start. I have my entire family going there and we won't think to go anywhere else.

The doctor has such great hair.
Very forgiving of balances and kind to Medicaid patients
place is outstanding. The doctor has fantastic hair and an even better bedside manner. I was treated with dignity from start to finish, and they went above and beyond--especially when they forgave a balance without hesitation. The staff is diverse, kind, and professional. I genuinely feel cared for here and honestly wouldn't want to go anywhere else for my eye care.

Taking my son here at least 2 years now and OK so far. His first eye doctor was WONDERFUL but she's at another location now I believe in Union area. His new doctor is very nice and the ladies in front they're nice. I just don't like the operating times on the website and on entrance door doesn't seem correct. Rushed to pick up his contact lenses on Saturday before closing at 3pm, and sign says lunch between 2p-230pm when I arrived at 2:11pm. I left to head home to return by 2:37pm and door still closed
Called and called but no answer. If times are not correct for Saturday operation it is misleading if nobody is in office and I do don't know if you open on Saturdays overall. What are your correct hours??? Very frustrating when I leave work late in the evenings and unable to pick up during the week. Please assist and post your CORRECT operating hours for Saturdays if your open. Overall we have not had any other issues with service but this is frustrating and he needs his new contact lenses.

The worst place to get glasses ever - A few good ophthalmologists BUT the area to pick up your glasses HORRIBLE the people are never there and take 2-3hr breaks ... LIKE MAKE IT MAKE SENSE - who is gone that long why even be employed in that corner let someone else be there for glasses pick up
