Dr. Chang and staff make each visit as pleasant of an experience as they can considering the circumstances. They are courteous, friendly, and attentive to all of your concerns. Nowadays it is rare when a doctor does not make you feel like they have something else to do or somewhere else to go. This 5-star review comes with a caveat. I had the FIRST appointment of the day...8:30 AM. Previous experiences with later appointment times were dreadful with unacceptable wait times and I vowed to return only with an early appointment. That being said, the tech staff is knowledgeable and efficient. Everyone is kind and professional. Dr. Chang takes the time and care to address all of my concerns and I'm 100% satisfied. I made my annual appointment for 2026...early in the morning.
