The prism billing customer service completely lack and sense of professionalism or even common sense. I was told that I have to be careful the way I speak if I say I am getting medical advice then they can bill me under medical. I went for a routine vision check and was billed under medical including getting a fungus photography which apparently is medical. The representative seemed to think I should have know why I got this test. They are ridiculous.

Dr Chung is the one of the best eye doctors in Bergen County. Always reliable and provides best treatment! Highly recommend!

I'm very upset with Tenafly Eye Associates. I was foolish to believe the eye ware salesperson at Tenafly Eye Center that told me that I have 30 days to change my glasses if I wasn't satisfied with the "new" advanced progressive lens. I was told that I can exchange them if I wasn't satisfied and they led me to believe that I would be compensated for the difference. I went to Tenafly Eye center today to change my selection of lens to conventional bi-focals and was told that NO refund or credit would be given. She pointed out to me that the receipt states NO refund, and she cannot do anything about it!!! Yes, the receipt says, "no refund" but it does not say "no credit". I paid $1,049.00 for this 1 pair of glasses and I can't even use them because the focal area distorts my vision, but they didn't even care to change the lens and credit me for the difference!!! They took advantage of my advanced age and it's all my fault for being too foolish to believe in honest people exists in the world today. I expect the response to be, "I'm very sorry you had to go through this, but it's beyond our control because they are separate from our services." I do not and never will recommend this Company. Buyer beware!!!

I went in for an eye exam and received a prescription, which I used to get my lenses made. However, as soon as I put them on, I could tell something was wrong--they felt completely off, I kept trying to see if there'd be any difference but there was not. I called the office and was asked to return to see Dr. Chen. He adjusted the prescription. However, I was disappointed to receive a second bill for what was essentially a follow-up to fix the initial issue. I had already paid for my exam, and even the optician did not charge again for changing the new lenses and he said it was doctor's mistake. I contacted the billing twice and explained the situation. However, they kept sending me the bill. It's not about the money, but rather how the situation was handled.

I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with Dr. Chang. It was truly amazing! I felt very comfortable talking with him, and he took the time to explain everything in layman's terms. He showed me exactly what I was dealing with regarding the procedure, which really helped clarify things for me. I now feel both comfortable and confident in his abilities to perform my surgeries.

The billing staff is the worst to talk to. No sense of customer service and courtesy. The billing person was rude and unprofessional. She put the phone down on me without even a customary - is there any thing else I can help with ? Not returning back as every year they goof up in the insurance claim and demand our patience in dealing with their incompetence.

Always have a great experience here with both Dr. Chang and Dr. Chung being excellent physicians. Wouldn't trust my eyes with anyone else. Bedside manner goes a long way with me and the other day when I saw Dr. Chang, he was so nice and made me feel at ease. Will be seeing him again in a few months.

Doctor Chung didn't even see the little pimples on my eye lids which are clearly visible. He was too eager to get to the next patient!! I never post a negative review but my experience here was not good at all. I should be contacted by the office about my negative experience so I can expound further on the details.
