I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience at this LensCrafters location. They had an eye doctor on call, and he was fantastic--super knowledgeable, patient, and easy to talk to. He actually listened to what I was experiencing, explained things clearly (no confusing jargon), and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. The staff working with the doctor was just as great. Check-in was quick and smooth, and the whole appointment felt well organized without ever feeling rushed. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me, which made a big difference. The exam area was clean, calm, and ran efficiently. After the exam, the LensCrafters team on the sales floor was amazing too. They helped me find glasses that fit both my needs and my budget, explained pricing and insurance in a way that was easy to understand, and even looked for ways to save me money without me having to ask. There was zero pressure to upsell--just honest help and clear options. That kind of service is rare these days. I truly have no complaints at all. I gave them five stars because of how professional, helpful, and considerate everyone was from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone needing an eye exam or glasses, and I'll definitely be coming back myself.

My mom and I had such a wonderful experience from start to finish. The front desk team made us feel welcome right away, the technician was patient and attentive, and Dr. Jacob was knowledgeable, compassionate, and incredibly supportive. Dr. Pong was amazing and very thorough, and really gave me an in depth exam and helped me understand the importance of eye health. I will definitely be coming here for my yearly exams!

Had an eye exam for today we checked in, was very easy. They took us to the back for the exams. Everybody was very kind. The doctor was super knowledgeable. Had a lot of compassion answered all my questions which is sometimes hard to find nowadays appreciate everybody there I would recommend this place to anybody.

I go there for Dr. Loretta Clifford. I absolutely love her. She is great. She knows what she's doing and I don't know what I would do without her if she decided to never come back again. She's definitely worth her weight gold!!

I've gone to the eye exam group for 5+ years, I've never had a issue up until recently. Their front desk staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was unable to even attempt to make an appointment with them.

My exam was on time. Aleksandra was polite, patient and professional. She explained all tests and procedures. Doctor and all staff were welcoming and professional. Thank you !

It was a painless process in and out in less than 30 minutes The staff was professional and nice.
