The tech that performed all the eye tests for my son was phenomenal. She was patient and extremely educational. She smiled she engaged with us. The entire staff was such a pleasure to be around. Happy actually enjoyed their job. The doctor was great as well.

The people here are amazing. Very patient take their time explaining things fully till you can understand it. The eye doctor was great. Today was my first visit with my eight year-old daughter. He took his time with her made her feel very comfortable. The entire team is awesome and amazing. I will be making them my permanent eye doctor from here on out for myself and my children.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at this office. The Doctors are knowledgeable, caring and friendly. I do want to personally recognize the manager, Christine. From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly warm, friendly, and professional. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable, informed, and taken care of every step of the way. It's rare to come across someone who genuinely cares the way she does. She took the time to answer all of my questions, anticipated my needs, and made what could have been a stressful visit feel smooth and reassuring. Her positive energy and attention to detail truly stood out. My appointment was at the end of the year rush and while she was assisting multiple patients by herself, she handled each of us with care, grace and full attention. The smile on her face showed she had extreme patience and enjoys what she does. I highly recommend Totowa Eyecare!

I had an amazing experience at total eye care from the moment I walked in the staff was friendly, welcoming, and very professional. The office is clean, organized and run efficiently which made my visit, smooth and stress-free. To doctor was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly during my exam I truly appreciate how thorough and patient they were. I never felt rush and all my questions was answered with care.

I've had nothing but positive experiences with Totowa Eyecare. They are so friendly and helpful. I met Dr. Gustie for the first time, and absolutely love her. She is so positive and caring. I love all the modern technology they have to get your RX just right. I moved about 30 min away but refuse to find a new office. I also love that I can make my appointments online. I had to reschedule and all I did was send a text message and bam! Done. Love it.

I just left Totowa Eyecare after being evaluated by Dr. Christopher and I am genuinely blown away. From the moment you walk in, you're met with warmth, professionalism, and real attentiveness. Every person I interacted with was exceptional -- they listened, they cared, and they were intentional about comfort and solutions. They didn't rush me, they addressed my concerns thoroughly, and I left feeling heard and taken care of. Visionworks who?? This place sets the bar. Incredible. Truly incredible.

First, let me apologize, I'm terrible at remembering names. Phone experience was so sketchy; I was unsure how this eye doctor had obtained my name two years before I ever made an official appointment. Anywho, I still went through with it. Upon arrival, it's very bright, clean, and modern-looking, so it's an upscale ophthalmologist's office. Two lovely ladies greeted me, and thank you to one young lady who helped pick out a nice frame that fit my face. She has a good sense of style, and I waited less than 3 minutes for a very professional, gentle, and personable tech to start my exam. She explained each exam in simple terms and why it was being performed. Gave me options for billing instead of just adding it to a bill. She also introduced a new VR gadget that tests your strength, which is the most awesome thing I have ever seen. I recommend that every eye doctor invest in one. Okay, the final person I met with was the man himself, Dr. Rana Very studious, a Man about his business, he told me what it is, what you need, and he will answer all your questions.

So my first visit was not the best, but the office manager Christine call later to follow up. She was very thorough and sincerely apologize for my early experience, and have me come in the next day for another evaluation with one of the doctors that specialize in dry eyes. Dr Rana was very thorough in helping me to understand my dry eyes and provided educational materials and treatment. He didn't let the visit felt rush, he gentle explain everything in full details. The overall staff was amazing... Thank you Totowa Eye for take care of my eyes, my husband eyes and my children eyes.
