Professional and rare to find Eye Doctor Joselyn Estevez is genuinely a caring and professional doctor. Dr. Estevez was incredibly patient and attentive to my concerns after an accident on my right eye. She truly went above and beyond to ensure that I was healed. The entire staff was wonderful. I won't go anywhere else for my eye care.

Very disappointing experience. I came to this place expecting a proper eye exam and a correctly made pair of glasses after my surgery, but it was a complete letdown. They took my measurements twice, and the glasses were still wrong. The vision was distorted and "crooked," something any competent optical shop should catch and fix. The worst part is the woman sitting at the counter -- extremely rude, unprofessional, and completely unwilling to offer any real solutions. Instead of helping or explaining anything, she responds with attitude, as if you're bothering her by simply asking for assistance. When I requested a proper review of my case, she basically ignored me. You expect clarity, respect, and responsibility when dealing with your vision, but here I received poor service, bad attitude, and zero accountability for a job done incorrectly. I do not recommend this place at all. If you value your money and your eye health, go somewhere else where they actually care about their customers.

The 5 stars is for Dr. Joselyn Estevez who is caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable eye doctor. I'm one of her longest time patients and she is the only one I will continue to see. She has updated, state of the art equipment to help pinpoint issues with your eyes and vision. Now 1 star is given to the Front desk/Receptionist (in Union) as she is extremely rude and unprofessional. The Dover office is a much friendlier and professional staff, and the experience is a lot better!!

I have been with Dr Estevez for over 25 years and I must say she is the epitome of professionalism, compassionate, and a wonderful Doctor who truly cares and listens.

I have been coming to this practice since 3rd grade and I am now an adult. The only reason why I come here is for the care Dr.Estevez has always given me. The front desk however has never ever been friendly in all my years of being treated here. I recently changed insurances and called to inquire how much it would be out of pocket since my insurance did not have "vision coverage". They refused to tell me on the phone and kept pressuring me for my insurance information. I brought my insurance info to the visit and they advised me once again that I did not have "vision" coverage. As a regular human being we would think this means the visit as a whole but nope apparently it means only glasses and contacts lol. The doctor then proceeds me I am asking her to commit insurance fraud and that the vision exams can be covered under insurance it's only glasses and contacts that are considered "vision". After I understood with her explanation, they continue to talk about how I refuse to give my insurance and that "I wouldn't understand insurance talk anyway" when I told them we can use it if that's the case. I decided to not keep my appointment due to the anxiety and uncomfortable feeling this whole experience was giving me. The staff needs to communicate to the patients better and understand now all of us work for an eye clinic. Sadly, after many years here, I will definitely be taking myself somewhere else.

I have been going to Dr. Estevez for a long time. She is very thorough in her examination's. Her staff who is very polite and professional start the process and then put you in a room where Dr. Estevez continues the process and reviews everything with you from past visit to current. Not only am I a patient, but so is my Grandmother, mother, and brother. I am very happy with the service provided there and so are my eyes!

The doctors are great and do a thorough exam but the office procedures and staff are complete chaos. They forgot to give me my prescription for my glasses and I had to test a trial pair of contacts and was told a second trial would be ordered but that never happened. In order to get my prescription for contacts I had to test the trial pairs, the one I was given was fine so I told them I would take that prescription. When I finally received the one prescription for my glasses through email, my name was misspelled. I had to call several times and then was emailed a corrected prescription for my glasses. I went into the office to pick up my prescription for contact lenses but when I tried ordering my contacts through my carrier I was told that the prescription was missing some information for Toric lenses. This has become the most complicated process I have ever encountered in my 30 years of wearing contact lenses. Perhaps a good office manager would help this office with the disorganization. Getting your exam done and getting your prescriptions should not be this complicated or take 2 weeks.

Excellent office; the front desk is exceptional and is very helpful. Doctor Estevez is also excellent, during my visit, she addressed all my concerns with patience and care. She went over everything that was going on with my eye and created a treatment plan with me to get better. Dr. Estevez was also very proactive in making sure I understood how to take care of my eyes on my own; recommended. Everyone there is friendly and very helpful! If I could do 10/10, I would!
