Eye Examination Center

So far, VERY DISSATISFIED with this medical provider AND STAFF. It's been two weeks and two days since my mother had a test and a prescription given. When called to inquire about the readiness of the glasses, they or the doctor never answered the phone. Most often disconnecting the phone so there is a busy signal. I left several times my phone number and no call back. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and LACK OF attention to the customer and to the elderly. They suggested me to call the lab and gave me the wrong number. It's their job to coordinate with the lab and let the customer know when the glasses are ready. My mother is 85 years old and needs her prescription glasses. Her quality of life has much SUFFERED AND DIMINISHED PUTTING HER AT RISK OF FALLING. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. PERIOD.

The best eye Doctor, the girls are very courteous and professional. This is where I send all my friends and family to check their eyes and they're very happy I did.

I've been coming to this place for years and the service is always amazing! The ladies here are very friendly and kind. Dr. Kim is also very helpful and proficient!

It was a walk in for me, receptionist are very warm and respectful They let u feel comfortable Dr Adolphus on the other hand is very patient He takes time to explain ur situations and tell u how to care for ur eyes He make sure u r ok and comfortable before leaving his office. I will surely recomment ppl to his office. Thnx so much guys, i appreciate u. Blessings

I have gone 4 times to this place to change my contact prescriptions. They cant still figure out the right one for me. No AC and the phone doesn't work when you call most of the time. The eye doctor guy has zero customer service skills and is very sarcastic.

They are very unprofessional, they do not care about their patients and you will have a hard time communicating with them over the phone over the simplest things like your prescription for example! They barely pickup the phone and once they do they usually put you on hold or they hang up on you! They make excuses saying they are busy even though they were helping you a few minutes ago before they hanged up on you! I do not recommend coming here! PLEASE READ THEIR REVIEWS BEFORE COMING HERE!!!! I regeret not doing so!

Absolutely unprofessional place I highly recommend not to go here. I came in requesting my medical records and it was denied because according to the provider it was from 2019 and that I would need a new eye exam done in order to obtain my records. After I continuously told the staff that I needed my records I kept being told that I can not get my prescription. I was not asking for a prescription I repeatedly stated I needed "medical records" which includes more than just a prescription, it included my detailed report that I needed for a future appt with my current optometrist. After I expressed to my sister the failure to obtain my medical records due to the offices incompetence and the offices failure to comply to the law she called and asked why are my medical records being withheld seeing that it is illegal. They continued to repeat the same thing & once she stated that it is illegal to obtain records from a patient the Doctor proceeded with stating that he does not have time to provide the records. I had requested my records prior to 5 and they close at 6. After being stated they don't have time to release records he repeatedly stated that he needs time to gather the records and failed to give an approximation of when they would be ready. Once the doctor was informed that my sister was aware of medical records rules and regulations he answered with an attitude "if you know so much then you should know that your sister should write a letter." No letter needs to be written by a patient, a patient is provided by the office a record release form in which the patients sign giving consent in which I was not provided with or informed about in which I already knew because I myself am a medical assistant. All I got was a denial which is why I continued to try to obtain these records because I am aware of regulations. After the phone call I went back to the office to retrieve my records and front staff super unprofessional still not aware of what my needs were and getting copies that were meant for me and that were meant for the doctor mixed up. Extremely unprofessional, telling me I need an exam done to provide previous medical records. The doctor told my sister I was miss communicating to the office and he said the same thing to her about me to try and undo the mess they did. Even if that was the case you talk to your patients and ask questions not continuously deny and hang up in the middle of a conversation it's customer service in which this office lacks. Since that is not the case PLEASE I advise you find yourself another eye doctor if you do not want to go through the same experience.

This was a good place. I hadn't had an eye exam in like 3 years because I did not have insurance back then. Thank God everyone was nice, and thank God I got a new pair of eyeglasses! The wait time wasn't that bad! so I'm happy and thankful I came here!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!
