The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks to Cindy Correa I was able to find everything I needed. She even helped me get sunglasses with the prescriptions. Very patient and so helpful will definitely be back because of all the help and attention I got.

I visit this place like 10 times a year due to my daughter always breaking her glasses! One thing I can say the staff and DR are amazing very respectful polite and patient! No better place to get checked !

I went in to get my glasses tightened yesterday, 4/16/22. An elderly gentleman working there charged me 5 dollars to tighten them. He tightened the frame for me but ruined my $480 transition blue light lenses because the machine he used to tighten them ruined them with the heat..... Then he had the audacity to point to a sign that read that they weren't responsible for anything that happens during repairs... At first, I thought I just needed to wipe my glasses with a cloth, but then I noticed that no matter how hard I cleaned them, I still couldn't see clearly. Then I noticed that the lenses were warped....

DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR CONTACTS/GLASSES - they make it really difficult for the customer to have their prescription. That is ILLEGAL. They know people want to order those things online because it's more affordable and they want you to buy it with them instead. Got 6 pairs of contacts for 180 dollars....online it was 100

An aesthetic professional care, frames fashion accompanied by its colorful lenses, retracting, progressive and regular lenses. Personally I like the high level of knowledge in optometrist, with high ethic dedication towards its customer. At the first sight you see that they are there to providing you with caring attention wether to fill a prescription or to the very beginning of the grading of your vision. They accept majority of coverage of insurances and otherwise they ready to befitted with an affordable prices. .

I am one that would rather to not give any reviews to avoid posting a negative one but I've had it. I've been with them for about 10years now because really, my family and I only see them once a year and I don't like constantly changing these type of doctors/things. The audacity that they have here is insane, from canceling appointments once I'm already there because simply, she (the Dominican lady that runs the front, it's been 10 years and I've have enough conversations with her and she has told me herself) had to go run an errands and didn't want to miss her bus, to losing my glasses that have been chosen and paid for with a response "oh it happens just pick another one," to being denied a copy of my child's prescription because she felt only they needed to have that information, to telling me that I can't get the date of my child's follow up visit over the phone and that I had to come in to find out, yet every time I walk in she's either eating or just sitting there. During my time with them I've seen two male doctors and one female doctor, they've all been professional and effective. However, she and whoever she trains is bad for business, chasing patients/customers away because she wants to just sit there yelling at everyone. Denying a follow up appointment over the phone in 2022?! Are you out of your mind? Shouldn't this be more effective than having more people in person when they're not being seen? I've read several other reviews as well as family and friends who've left elsewhere because of the same reason m. Terrible and sad I took this long to leave. Not worth the headache, this lady speaks like she wants to attack you every time she has to do some type of work. I hope it gets better for whoever is still with them.

The customer service is perfect, and the doctors are very professional .
