Optical Vision

0 stars would not recommend. I went in person and called to verify they took my insurance. They said yes multiple times,set up my appointment but never told me they were out of network- they were sneaky in way they asked for payment- cash only. I should have did my own research beforehand... luckily when i was looking at glasses i caught them still trying to sell me as out of network. Walked out and will never return. They also had me waiting 25 mins after my appointment was set.

Optical Vision has the latest in eyewear fashion and exceptional service. I have been going to this store for a number of years and the costumer service has been splendid. The Doctor takes his time with you and goes over every detail of your eye exam, you could ask all the questions and he will answer with patience. The owner has a wide selection of frames and the prices are better than any other optical I have visited. Trust me when I say this "you won't find a better price" in addition the care the staff shows towards your particular needs is what makes this store special.

I've come here since I was maybe 12 years old and still come as an adult. Very convenient from my house and friendly staff.

Dr. Kirti was wonderful. He has so much patience to explain everything speaking softly and taking time to make sure you are comfortable and that you get the best prescription. I highly recommend this place and Dr. Kirti. Everyone on the prescription side is also very helpful and they make sure you choose the right frame or allow you to keep your existing frame to give you the most affordable options.

The doctor took the time to explain my diagnosis. Most doctors just give you the prescription for eye classes, but he made sure I knew what is going on with my eyes. Paola who works directly with him has EXCELLLENT customer service skills and overall such a helpful and nice personality. She's a delight to work with.

I came in here with my wife about two weeks ago and the service was first rate, second to none. Very pleasant staff. And even the optometrist was so nice. Guaranteed I will come back here again for my next check-up/frames. When I have a good/bad experience at a store, I make sure to give them my feedback on review sites - 5 stars for Optical Vision. I hope they continue to be family run. Frames are a tad pricy, but overall the store is excellent.
