Dr. Manzo performed an eye exam on me and was really nice and communicative. I previously went to another place to order my glasses and it was a waste of my money, but the glasses she prescribed are more than perfect! Also the lady at the optical store (Katherine) was great!

Do not go to this office! I went for my exam and they have billed my insurance for visits that were not mine. Dr Manso is amazing but the office staff is not especially billing. Do not trust them. They take your information and use it the way they see fit. Very dishonest. Not even sure how they are using my information but I have reported it for the lack of trust. Will not go to the office again. Wish Dr Manso worked somewhere else!

Made my daughter an appointment for 10 a.m. and their office was closed. After waiting for 15 minutes a staff member came to the door to let another employee in and told me I had to wait until 10:40 because they were having a staff meeting. It is currently 10:50 and their doors are still closed. So unprofessional. Don't schedule appointments if your going to be having a meeting.

My name is Ximena and I'm so grateful that my Ophthalmologist is Dr. Preya Balroop, who is treating me for Glaucoma. Thanks for the medication she recommended me to take it, I have it under control.
Dr. Balroop also notice something wrong with my cornea and send me to a Cornea Specialist to start a treatment immediately.
At Dr. Preya Balroop office I did not have to wait long for an appointment, also I didn't wait too long for the tests and to see the doctor. Everyone there is very nice and polite. No only that Dr. Balroop gave me a samples of the ointment I need it, but she also gave me a discount coupon to buy my eye drops. Their office in very clean, and the building has lots of parking.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I rushed home from work to make a same day appointment and when I arrived the opthalmologist refused to see me because he said I needed to see a different type of doctor. He didn't even talk to me to find out what the issue was and just had the front office staff inform me that he couldn't help. And when they explained why he said that, it didn't even line up with the symptoms I was having. An incredible waste of time.
