Dr. James E. Haberman, MD

This clinic is by far the worst place i've ever had the misfortune of visiting. The staff here is unbelievably rude, treating not just regular patients but even struggling elderly people like dirt. They scream and yell at almost everyone for their payments. They dont know how to explain charges in a decent manner and so they decide to be downright vile. They definitely dont deserve a place in customer service. Its like they wake up everyday and choose to be miserable. No matter the hour, they're always ready go shout at you. Absolutely disgraceful treatment. Oh and the dr is no less. When his beloved ladies make a mistake, he covers up for them. I'd give them a zero rating but since i must leave one, it is only 1/5. Do not go here. Please.

I have found Excel EyeCare caring and honest about my eye health as well as my health in general. All healthcare professionals are not the same. This is a good team to have on your side. I trust in their leadership. Give them a chance and you'll see.

Dr. Hebermen has been my eye doctor for years, very friendly, thorough and professional. All the staffs are also well respected and do their job diligently.Wait time is excellent.

Great experience with Dr. Haberman and his team. The front desk staff is friendly and works quickly to get you inside. Dr. Haberman has excellent bedside manner (which is rare these days). At no point did I feel rushed, he took the time to explain everything thoroughly and carefully. I would highly recommend this office if you're looking for competent and patient-friendly eye care.

My first appointment with Dr Haberman and I have to say I was impressed. The staff was very friendly, communicated well and generally very efficient. The office was quite busy but the wait time was minimal. Dr Haberman was very personable and direct and explained everything well. Would definitely recommend this office.

Busy office. There is a bit of a wait time but the doctor works efficiently and very quickly. He's very Kind and welcoming. I would definitely recommend bringing even your kids to come see him! Thank you guys!

As a first time patient, it started a little rough. You practically write out a book but that is to be expected. Other then that, every technician was friendly and put me at ease. The doctor finally came in to see me and explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable. Will definitely go back for my yearly checkup

My mother had her first appointment with Dr. Haberman today. The front staff and medical assistants in the back were very helpful! Dr. Haberman was thorough and explained my mother's condition very well. She felt at ease and was pleasantly pleased by his willingness to listen!
