I'm writing this review because of an unpleasant experience I had today with one of the office staff members, Perdita. My husband dropped off my daughter's eyeglasses around 9:00 AM to have the spring repaired. He was told it would take about 45 minutes to 2 hours, and that we could pick it up in the afternoon. When I arrived at 3:30 PM to pick them up, I informed Perdita that I was there for the repair. She immediately sounded irritated and asked, "Did you get a call?" She then said, "I told your husband I would call him." I explained that it had already been over 6 hours, so I thought it would be ready. She then pulled my daughter's glasses from the bottom of her desk and said, "Can't you see I'm still working on it?" Her tone was very dismissive and unprofessional. I politely asked when I should come back--today or tomorrow--and she simply repeated that she would call, without giving any timeframe. I completely understand that offices get busy and that there may be other customers, but basic professionalism and courtesy go a long way. Unfortunately, the interaction left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome. On my way out, I told her she didn't have to be nasty to me. At that point, I decided to just leave and wait for the call. I hope management addresses situations like this. Patients and parents should feel respected when coming into the office.

My first visit and I was extremely impressed. The staff is friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Dr. Modi is excellent. He has a comforting presence,explains everything in detail. I felt so relaxed and well taken care of. I highly recommend Dr.Modi and the entire staff.

I came as a walk in today, on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving on an emergency. Emily at the front desk was not only extremely patient with me as I fumbled around trying to get my id's in order, she was so sweet. And Andrea the technician was also just as kind as sweet. Neither of them knew how much I have been struggling in life and how difficult it has been for me to take any steps for my own health. And Andrea even helped me with making this even more beneficial by making it my annual visit, which i havent gad time for in 4 years. The doctor is amazing ive been seeing him since I was 12 years old. I usually see Jasmine in the front who i am also very very fond of. I adore this team thank you all

Dr Modi is the best! He's very smart, confident and professional. He explains the procedure very well and answers all your questions and concerns. Makes you feel comfortable. Dr Modi did cataract extraction on both my eyes last year with perfection.

Dr. Modi is awesome-professional, kind & knowledgeable. Great surgeon as well as regular eye heath maintenance. My family definitely recommends him.

After an issue I had with a staff member about an appointment I received a phone from Dr. Cervanak. She apologized for the inconvenience and misunderstanding between me and the staff. And explained to me what the situation was. And it was very understandable. She listened to my concerns over the phone and personally coordinated a new appointment for me with Dr Panariello for the next day after we spoke. I was treated with care, compassion, kindness and respect! Dr Panariello was very kind and took his time to address all my concerns. He even gave me treatment options so my issues and explained how they would help. And told me I was more than welcomed to come back if what we discussed wasn't right for me and that he would try something different. Thank you to both Dr Cervanak and Dr Panariello for how they handled this situation and for the timely response and support. 10/10 recommend!

Dr Parikh is personable, patient and professional. He is thorough, and makes good recommendations. Definitely worth seeing!!
