Called today at 2:45PM. Reception is incredibly rude. She is condescending and has an attitude. Refuses to help people and it's been more than 24 hours since I called requesting my prescription for an exam that i PAID for more than 2 months ago. Everyone else is apparently on lunch but madam doesn't eat because she prefers to harass patients and express herself in sarcasm/insolence.
