Highly recommend! Dr. Jachens is great. He really cares about helping his patients. He has been so helpful when it comes to offering a variety of methods. He takes time to explain and exhibits positivity when speaking to you. He makes you feel comfortable and has a very down to earth type of person. Dr. Jachens even responded back to me promptly on a holiday weekend which was much appreciated. The entire staff has been great as well. They are very friendly and attentive. The office is modern looking and clean. 5 stars all around.

I've been having problems with my eyes for about 4 years. Burning, itching, swelling, bloodshot. I've seen two different optometrist and two different ophthalmologist. They were no help other than saying I have dry eye. Finally couldn't take it anymore and I did some research and found Dr. Jachens. He looked at my eyes for about 10 seconds and asked me how many doctors I've seen. I told him you're the 5th! He responded by saying.. not only do you not have dry eye you have ocular rosacea! Long story short after just a week of taking the prescribed medication and following his recommendations on eyelid hygiene I feel amazing. Thank you Dr Jachens for a proper diagnosis! I would highly recommend him if you need a great ophthalmologist with a fantastic staff!!

I had an excellent experience at the Beacon Eye Center from beginning to end. The staff is very friendly and organized and Dr. Jachens is awesome ! He is so knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. I would definitely recommend this Practice for anyone considering cataract surgery.
