The Eye Institute

The doctor is great, however I will never return. I am a medical professional and the front desk receptionists were extremely rude and unprofessional. Upon arrival I was told immediately that I am 15 minutes late and I was sent text messages telling me to be there at 8:15, which was false. On top of the attitude I received over a mistake on their end, considering I was on time, I then was given paperwork to fill out and while doing so I heard both receptionists speaking about how I am late and don't have my paperwork ready. I attended 2 wakes and funerals within 2 days that week. Monday and Wednesday, my appointment was Saturday. I lost both of my grandmothers in a week and I don't at all appreciate the attitude I was given before my visit. If you work in a medical office, this is in no way close to how you should be treating people. That was my first and last time there and I hope other patients don't need to deal with the nastiness of the front desk staff there. Doctor was great.

Based on the initial voice greeting alone you get an idea of how cold the people running this place are. Maybe they are nice once you get to know them. But I dare the owners of this place to call the main number and listen to the grouchy and bossy recorded voice, and say they would still make an appointment here. Learn some customer service!

The eye Institute is a top-notch office ! From the first phone call that was extremely professional and helpful to smart staff at the intake was systematic and professional! I was taken on time and treated very professionally by Doctor Linda Hogan ! I've gone to three offices prior, who are a mess and couldn't get the right diagnosis or help me . Dr Hogan was able to listen and diagnose properly.. I would highly recommend the eye Institute. They are working to get the prescription I need and are very helpful. Would highly recommend her for anyone who is in need for best eye care!

Very cutthroat. Prescription was totally different than another Dr gave from last year. Dr.very robotic. Not very interested in anything mostly use machines
