Gurdak tried to intimidate me into purchasing my contacts through his office during an eye screening late 2018. I had planned to get my prescription from him to purchase my contacts online somewhere. When I told him this, he had told me that it was illegal for him to give me the prescription. I told him that my wife was a journalist and after that, he then rushed off to print and sign my prescription sheet. He also gives off creepy vibes. Would not recommend.

Had an excellent experience at Dr. Gurdak's office. Was promptly seen at appointment time and staff took proper covid/safety precautions, taking temperature at check in, wearing masks. Dr. Gudark was pleasant to deal with and performed a routine eye exam and explained diagnosis clearly. The staff, Maddy, Daniel, Brandon and Arianna were friendly and attentive. Arianna, the frame stylist was a great help with frame selection. I highly recommend the office of Dr. Gurdak.
