Personal attention to your needs is their top priority. Both Eye Doctors on staff have lots of patience for you to be comfortable with your vision choices .# 1 in my book and should be in yours. Fyi parking lot is one block awsy behind footlocker.. Bergenline is too busy. Very Good bus service around. All four corners have bus stops....perfect place. Great Staff always available to help

Sterling Optical in West New York, NJ, run by Dr. Calre Tao, is an excellent place for optometry needs. I recently took my daughter there to get prescription contact lenses for the first time, and Dr. Tao and her staff were patient, friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. Dr. Tao took her time in teaching my daughter how to put on the lens - even giving her free lenses to keep for the week- while asking her pointed questions about her lifestyle, activity level, and screen time. Dr. Tao also answered all of my questions and concerns regarding the length of contact use for a child, as well as patiently explained new technology to correct vision while we sleep (our whole family wears glasses/contacts). On the other side of the store, the kind staff helped walk me through the purchase process for daily lenses while informing me about the rebate. We enjoyed our time at this location and will start going there for when I or my husband needs a checkup.

Great place, amazing service! They were able to fix the screw in my glasses and realign my bent frames in record time. I will be back for all my luxury eyeglass needs. Highly recommend!
