As easy as cataract surgery is supposed to be, my first eye done here was so painful that I was screaming to the doctor to stop on the operating table! Found out why when I had second eye done what went wrong! The first nurse( never gave me her name but she is older , very thin with blonde hair) gave me the preop eye incorrectly! My eye never got numb! She just continuously kept putting in the eye drops (which were mainly just running down my face) never letting them settle into my eye for a second or two! I found out with the second nurse who did my preop surgery would put an eye drop in my eye having me keep my eye shut for a second or two then continue the same way with each I drop! The second surgery was so easy and not painful as it should have been with the first! I warn everyone who goes here if you get that nurse as I described her GET A DIFFERENT NURSE AND REFUSE HER NEAR YOU!

Outstanding eye care ! Dr. Scimeca And his staff gave me excellent care! The removal of my cataract went very smoothly and quickly! They made the Procedure very easy and painless . Amanda explained everything in detail and Ann Maria after was very caring ! Rest of the staff was very helpful too ! And Walt the driver is Amazing picked me up and drop me off after. He is a great guy! Very nice and helpful . The whole experience was Awesome ! I would highly recommend anybody to go there for your eye care. 5 stars plus!

Disappointed with the scheduling & billing department. I was provided the cost prior to my procedure which I thought was great. But 2 weeks after my procedure was done, I was sent a bill that caused me to pay twice the amount I was originally provided. I was told nothing could be done and was denied any sort of discounts. **Make sure you are being given the correct costs prior to agreeing to any exams or procedures**

Staff are always respectful and friendly. All of my and my children's office visits are always a pleasure. We are in and out and never have a problem scheduling appointments. My daughter loves picking her glasses out here; they are patient and let her try on everything until she finds the perfect pair! Would recommend to everyone!

I been coming here for years. Front desk and staff are really nice. In and out service. As far as the optical shop next time I will go to LensCrafters or somewhere else. I don't like the women in the shop she not welcoming at all. They take forever for your glasses. I guess they treat u like there glasses on the wall.
