Staff at front desk very nice. My husband had cataract surgery and was taken in the back what was suppose to be approx 2 hrs. After 2 hrs. I went to desk and asked his status and was told he wasn't even taken yet...why wasn't I notified. He should go in OR shortly. Never rec'd a text or phone call regarding his status...an hr later he is wheeled into the patient waiting area..wow!!! Again, was never contacted from one staff member. Will never return to this facility again. I just heard today 12/18 from Jennifer, an Administrator at the Surgical Center of Burlington County to apologize for not updating me with my husband's status on his eye surgery. She said they were backed up and it's something that should have been communicated to me. They are going to take measures to see that family members are kept in the loop as to the status of their family member. I hope to return to this facility in the future when we need eye surgery. The staff was very nice when spoken to. Our doctor was exceptional, too! Thank you for reaching out, it has meant a lot. Thank you.

Had both eyes done removing cataracts with up graded lenses. Was a success, and the staff at the surgical were welcoming well staffed helpful and professional. I was referred to this Doctor by two of my Neighbors and I give my highest recommendation for this Doctor for anyone having vision problems.

Thank you Burlington County Eye Associates for this eye opening experience! Dr Scimeca is a Top notch surgeon who cares about his clients. The staff is very attentive and my cataract surgery was a breeze.

I cannot say enough about the center.From the moment you walked in until you left, you were treated with courtesy with smiles and always asking if you needed anything. This was from admissions to surgery prep, surgery waiting area, and discharge. Everything was thoroughly gone over. All this was done with such a caring attitude. Nothing was ever a problem. If I ever need surgery in the future (hopefully I won't) I have no hesitation going there!!!

The experience with the surgical staff was wonderful. They addressed the issue and fixed problem while also dealing with massive anxiety for eye surgery. Would recommend this practice to any one in need of cataract surgery.

"The Eye Professionals" at the Willingboro, NJ campus did a wonderful job for my father's cataract procedure! From the administrative staff to the surgeon, everyone was kind, professional, and efficient.

They won't give you a schedule time until a few days before. They require a family member to drive but the lack of scheduling in advance makes it extremely inconvenient. They need to do something about the lane outside for surgical pickup. There is a constant stream of people dropping off others. I got harassed when picking someone up from surgery as I was told. He thought I shouldn't be waiting there when I had every right to be there in the pick up area and picking someone up! The nurses had the nerve to tell me to calm down while standing up for myself but they said nothing to the man yelling at me (a woman).
