First of all, Jason was very friendly and quick. Did an awesome job!! Tried his best to get us the best price with the promotions they had going on. And they except children's medicaid. Second, they are open till 7pm. My son broke his glasses at school and needed glasses the next day and most places close at 5. We had ro drive from Los Lunas with rush hour traffic, And made it there with plenty of time. Third, I got my son a pair of regular glasses and 2 cheeper emergency pairs in all under an hour!!! Was an awesome experience!!!

You know what I came in I ordered a pair of glasses. I had to call my insurance which took up a little bit of the time, but even with that they still got me out of there within 15 to 20 minutes I left and not 10 minutes later, my glasses were ready to go. Excellent job! Great price, Arielle was the best.

Ive been going there for almost 2 decades, the one on carlisle is the best, so helpful and kind. Im a loyal customer for life. Helpful and polite staff, amazing selection and great deals. 1000 percent happy! Everyone deserves a raise. The last time I was there to get my glasses adjusted and they broken on the bottom. I didn't even notice, but they helped me with my warranty and got new frames in 2 minutes! THE BEST EVER!

Look no more, "Eyemart Express" (EE) is a (one stop shop). I EE representative assisted me know location the two (2) pairs of glasses I wanted. I order them the representative told me they will be ready in ("One Hour")!!! I was shocked as I am crippled and I had not eaten. So, I drove to Bob's Burgers on Menaul and (11-minutes) later I received a text that my glasses were ready. The (27-minutes) later my second pair was ready both pairs were done in 27 minutes. The process was fast and quick, very experienced representatives. "Thank you" to everyone at the Menaul and Carlisle location in Albuquerque.

It was extremely fast I was in and out with my frames. My associate Jason was absolutely amazing! They truly have a wonderful team who goes above and beyond! Their prices are extremely reasonable. They also have a wide variety of frames to choose from.

I went to go see the optometrist there for the 1st time in a long time. It took a minute for them to call me back. But after that the eye exam was extremely fast and the staff and doctor were extremely helpful and kind. I then went next door to the eye glasses store next door. And the guy who helped me get set up for a pair of glasses was extremely helpful, kind, and respectful. He got my pronouns right and was respectful about me being a transgender male. He told me that my glasses would be ready in about an hour. So I left and they were ready before I caught the bus. And he said he knew I was busy and had things to do that day and immediately worked on them so I could get them faster. I was able to catch the bus I was trying to catch before I went to pick up my glasses. And I made it to the bus in time. Great staff and friendly, extremely fast service, amazing experience, extremely excellent customer service and quality. Shout-out to Mr Logue my eye glasses salesman that helped me with purchasing my glasses.
