Eye Site

I visited The Eye Site yesterday in their new building, and it is absolutely beautiful! Everyone was so kind and professional. Dr. Kendra Powell and her team do an amazing job! I needed a new pair of glasses this visit and Ginger and the other staff member were so helpful and patient while helping me find the perfect pair to fit my style. I highly recommend The Eye Site - we're so lucky to have such a wonderful eye care office here in Artesia!

Environment was pleasant and the staff is great! Kim was the best to work with, she was very welcoming and I felt like I knew her my whole life yet I just met her. Thank you to all the staff.

Best experience I have had on finding an ophthalmologist and eye glasses since moving to area. Doctor was very professional and staff were wonderful. My glasses are perfect and I love them. They will be my go to forever.

The staff is very friendly and helpful!!! The Dr was very patient and listened to all my concerns. She didn't make me feel rushed at all and she is very confident.

I have been trying to get my 2nd pair of glasses and they obviously don't care about customer service. They got their money and obviously don't care about customer satisfaction

I absolutely LOVE this place and all its people. The doctor is amazing, fantastic, and incredible, and the staff expertise exhibited when choosing frames and lenses appropriate for the prescription is unparalleled. I know everyone thinks their stuff is unique and challenging, but I have a ridiculous amount of prism, which other offices incorrectly measured and were unable to get their lab to make the glasses I needed. The Eye Site in Artesia alone met that challenge! If I ever move, I'll be coming back every year to have my exam done here. I hope none of them retire.

Service is good but kinda dumb they only take 1 kind of insurance . Very expensive
