The ladies that help me hustled their butts off, and stayed with a smile even when it was busy. For being just the two of them and one was in training it was an awesome experience. Then the doctor came in and he was very polite and professional also. I asked for special accommodations and right away they were happy to support me. Wish I could give more stars.

Wish I could rate it ZERO stars!!! The place itself is just disgusting and old. Spider webs everywhere, seems like no one cleans anything also smells nasty in there. Not even the smell good plug ins they had everywhere helped.
Mostly though this place is **AWFUL** with children, toddlers to be exact. They are NOT equipped for children at their old nasty office anyway. They don't have the right patience for them or even equipment for that matter.
The Dr didn't even care to listen to any of my concerns regarding my THREE YEAR OLD SON. Refused to hear anything I said, he continued to talk over me, didn't let me speak one word.
He could have cared less for my 3 year old son and I found that absolutely disgusting and disturbing. I refuse to let anyone make me or my kids feel uncomfortable or feel like a smaller person because they have a "degree".
I happily walked out of that office after closing my account.
Highly highly HIGHLY recommend seeing literally anyone but this clinic.

Fillmore Eye Clinic in Artesia was a terrible experience. The staff wasn't great, and the doctor was even worse. My glasses prescription was wrong, and when I mentioned it, he got frustrated. I'm very unhappy and will not be returning!
