Front counter staff very professional. However, the tech that worked with me didn't seem to hear what I was saying about my concerns, didn't ever get the lenses to have a clear view, and finally came towards me with a HAND tool to measure pressure. Without any numbing meds. I've been wearing glasses for 30 years and no one has done that before or not listened to me. I left before seeing the doctor. I'm still upset about it.

Very friendly staff also the Dr. takes his time with you explaining to you how he sees your eye vision. Very nice and friendly.

Dr. Johnson is especially nice explains everything to you wonderful clinic, I won't go anywhere else

Dr. Parley at Fillmore Eye Clinic in Deming saw me this morning. He didn't greet me, didn't explain the procedure, didn't explain the before and afters, just said he would do the laser, and that was it, didn't even say goodbye. I think eye problems are very important and serious (especially when you have other conditions that can affect your condition more quickly). At Fillmore Eye Clinic, you should hire doctors who are more empathetic with their patients; they have too many people. I saw them almost kick someone out for asking questions. They answered my questions reluctantly. Anyway, the only good thing about today was that they changed the reception staff; they are friendly. It's been a while since the current staff was grumpy and despotic. I hope Dr. Parley gets better at laser procedures.

Front office staff not too friendly. Dr. Was good. They don't bill eye insurance, only medical insurance so you need to pay an additional 60.00 to get a copy of your eye glasses prescription, in addition to your deductible eventhough conducted eye exam was by an optometrist. Wasted time.

As a vet I got my approval letter from community care and called to set the appointment.. never again..the child that answered.. no idea what she was saying, rude,miss informed, no commen scene. Needs a class in adulthood and accountability for there lack of knowledge. But there's been no approval

Excellent young Dr who is well trained, personable and strives to assist patients and answer their questions. He takes whatever time is necessary to treat his patients and is not required to stay on a rigid schedule. You will be impressed with your visit with him.
