I went there today to get much needed new glasses. I found out that my insurance no longer covers glasses which sucked but I wanted to see if I could afford some anyway the girl that I had to deal with said to me in a very judgy snobby voice "the $20 glasses are over there" which it wasnt what she said it was how she said it. I went and looked and picked a pair I thought I could afford. I went to sit back down at the table I was told to go to with her but she was in the back laughing and carrying on with girls in the back room and I had to wait for about 5-8 minutes for her to get back. Then I was told the $49 frames would end up being $160 for the total basic package before tax and I just couldn't afford that so I had to be honest and she told me "yeah with YOUR KIND of insurance it just doesnt cover" again it wasnt what she said it was the nasty tone she said it in. She made me feel bad about myself and I left. I dont think ill ever be back again. No one deserves to feel small because they just cant afford glasses right now.

If you have a whole day to carve out please come down to eyemart express where they will take all your time and have attitude on top of it all. Unbelievable it should not take 6 hours to be seen by a doctor and to get your prescription filled. Unbelievable! They dilated my eyes and made me wait for an hour in a light intensive room then I wasn't even greeted or told to put my name on a wait list to get my glasses. If they know the patient will have a hard time seeing in their facility because of procedures they've done then they need to provide. I started at 1030 this morning and its 430 and im still having to wait.

I had an excellent experience. The staff was helpful ordering was quick. The only thing was my glasses were complicated and I couldn't get them done in the one hour. But that's OK. They came in just a few days later and they look and feel great! I will be back

Came in to drop off my glasses that I pi cked up the day before becuse the lens popped out. That was problem one. Had them for less then 24 hrs.and the lens comes out. Problem 2 I come to drop them off and that takes an hour. Just to drop off to get fixed. Problem 3 coming to pick up. How I found out they were ready? I had to call to find that out after 3 days. Waiting still after 45 minute just to pick up. Customer service is the worst. You need more staff. I feel sorry for the manager of the Las Cruces store.

Wait time is a bit long but so worth it vs a week or more of traditional glasses orders. El Paso locations are super convenient too.

I had a long wait. Because the people helping the customers also had to answer the phone go in the back and get the equipment, the glasses and so forth. If there was a person just to answer the phone and help locate the equipment, the examiners needed the store, exams, etc. would be quicker and more smoothly run. The young man who helped me was very knowledgeable and efficient. However, the wait time for everyone at that day was too long.
