Looks Eyecare and Eyewear

I was referred by my primary physician to this facility. I had an appointment within a week with no problems. Even though I arrived earlier than my appointment time, I was seen promptly. The front desk clerk was very friendly and polite. The technician that performed my initial exam was professional and spoke softly and kind. The doctor was knowledgeable and to the point. I then went to another staff member who scheduled my appointment with an eye surgeon and he was also friendly and prompt. Overall I congratulate the staff on their job well done.

Love that this practice offers early morning appointments. All of the staff are professional, courteous and make the entire process easy and efficient. Dr. Tenorio is the consummate professional in his thorough examination and explanation/communication of his findings, all with a delightful chair side manner.

Since I had a sudden change in my vision, the staff was able to fit me within a week of my calling and speaking with Dr. Kunz's tech. And I was able exchange a later time on the day of the appointment to accommodate the 2 1/2 hour drive one way. Dr. Kunz has always been attentive to my condition and explains in detail what we need to do and what needs to be done to attend to the issue. My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Kunz and Looks Eyecare for close to 10 years. We haven't found anyone thst has been able to help the husband and his vision. We consider ourselves very blessed to be patients at Looks.

Found a great-looking pair of frames yesterday and was helped enthusiastically by several of the staff. Quoted (I have no insurance for eyeglass purchases) about 25% higher than Wal-Mart or Visonworks in town for the same lens options, so I shopped around today. Returned near the end of the day to get measured and order the most attractive complete pair of the day. The person I worked with yesterday who quoted me was @another location today, so I was helped by the manager. She measured me, then attempted to charge me $250+ more than I was quoted. Now 2x the cost of Wal-Mart and Visionworks! I also showed her yesterday's written quote there for my 2nd choice pair. Rather than honor the quote, she just showed me a breakdown page of their cost, etc. That doesn't fly to me. A quote is a quote, errant (as she claimed) or not. Although I was pretty insulted by then, I simply prompted her to delete all my info and walked out. *Update* 3+ weeks later..a day after Looks' owner replied here to my review, I received a telephone call from the same manager. She admitted their misunderstanding and encouraged me to come in if it wasn't "too late" to try the order again. This time for a price $50+ lower than the original quote! I was shocked, in a good way. Just yesterday I picked up my new eyeglasses (same frames I really like) from the same manager, who was as friendly and helpful as could be. I'm quite pleased @the turnaround by Looks, who clearly didn't want to lose my business. Now upgraded from 1 to 4 stars.

Excellent eye care provider. I'm a retired primary care MD & know the issues. Looks/ Dr. Tenario start with a convenient patient friendly link to register & supply your insurance info, just say hello when you arrive. Quickly taken back by skilled nice staff who do an array of eye tests. Dr. Tenario himself is skilled & knowledgeable with great bedside manner

Dr. Tenorio and the staff were very thorough but efficient. My prescription was just right with little difficulty adjusting to the new strength. We plan to continue using this office going forward.

First of all there wasn't a long wait, thank goodness. The staff was professional, courteous, friendly even. Dr. Adrian Tenorio and his assistants explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. Dianna Lucero was also very helpful in assisting me with additional questions and paperwork. I never felt rushed, ignored or brushed off by any staff member. Our eyes are very important

I had an emergency that I needed to take care of my eyes immediately. The staff was very helpful and got me in and out in a timely manner. I have to say thank you very much for all the help that I got. It made all the difference for me. I would suggest anyone go to Looks to have their eyes taken care of.
