This review is directed entirely towards Randi, in the Los Alamos Eye Associates Optical shop. Randi has been working with my family - including my aging parents - for many years. I can count on 1 hand the number of medical people who will consistently call me back, follow through with what they say they will do, provide accurate information and always offer quality and polite assistance. It is very hard to find such quality people these days. Randi is one of the best. Eye Associates is lucky to have her.

The office got me right in to see about the sudden flashes and floaters I was experiencing in one eye. The whole team appeared to have their act together as I was ushered thru from filling out forms to being evaluated to being referred and booked for the quickest appt to then see an ophthalmologist in the practice. I was especially impressed by Dr Johnson's handshake and introduction... "Tim" ... which instilled confidence and calmed me. A lot of professionals don't seem to think introducing themselves is important.
