Eyedeal Vision

This place is not handicap friendly so if you have a wheelchair and you mentioned that this is not a handicap friendly place they will not serve you. I brought a friend and I even walked away so they could serve her but instead they refused her service because I complained about them not being handicapped friendly. They told me to go up to I Eye Associates. There's a reason why no one was in the lobby I'm sure it's because of the rude women up front. I do not go there and I never will and I would never recommend anyone. I will be filing a complaint with the state on how they refused to assist handicapped

Super rude lady who answers the phone!! Asked "do you have an emergency or why do you keep calling back?" I told her I've been calling since last week and no one answers even on the days they're open. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I will gladly take my business somewhere else!

Dr. Galos is absolutely amazing!!! She gets it right every time!! Sweet staff!! Doc is gentle, caring, and very knowledgeable!! Plus she is a hoot!! I love visiting her! She truly has compassion for her patients!!!

Tried to schedule an appointment here awhile back in person and the lady in front was not very helpful, actually kind of rude and made me feel like I didnt know anything about our insurance or how it works... and of course I didn't know, it was our first visit with at the eye doctors through our insurance. The office was also a bit small, dated and not much to choose from. However, after I left, I decided not to come back... I'll find us somewhere else more welcoming and helpful.

Tried multiple times to get a hold of business during thier business hours. Never got called back. When I finally got a hold of someone they were so short cutting me off while I was trying to ask a question and was so rude with me.

Totally love coming here!! Everyone is friendly and also has a hilarious sense of humor. I have been coming here for about 6 years and don't have any plans to stop!!

I recently visited Eyedeal Vision as a new customer and found everyone helpful and pleasant. I was seen promptly with hardly any waiting. Dr. Christina Galos was a lovely person. She was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I was extremely pleased with my visit and I will be using Dr. Christina as my regular optometrist and I have no problem in recommending Eyedeal Vision.
