Dr. Craig Clatanoff

I had a horrible experience with this business that Dr. Clatanoff owns in February'25. The office manager was also extremely unprofessional and rude. I posted poor reviews and the owner responded --or at least I think it was him, wanting me to email their info line. I did and received no response. I thought I would try one more time and I made an appointment for this week (Sept'25). They will not honor it. The office manager called to tell me. I asked if she could have the owner call me. She said she would give them the message. I asked this last time and the owner never responded or reached out to me. When i posted the poor review, the "owner" wanted to resolve the issue, give them a chance to fix it. I'm trying to give them a chance now but they won't honor their communication given in a public forum. They only give lip-service. I'm extremely disappointed in this business. It used to have high integrity, great customer service, and a great amount of empathy for the customer. Sadly, they only care about the money they can get and nothing else. Do not go to this business!!! Dr. Clatanoff is an outstanding doctor!! It's sad that his business is poorly managed.

I have been a patient at Vision Source for several years and have always found the staff to be caring and professional. I recently had cataract surgery developed inflammation in that eye. I was in extreme discomfort and called the Vision Source emergency number on Easter Sunday morning, Dr, Clatanoff answered and said he would meet me at Vision Source in an hour. I was so impressed that he gave up his Easter Sunday morning to help me. I feel myself fortunate to be a patient of Vision Source and highly recommend their services to anyone looking for excellence in eye care. Thank you Dr. Clatanoff, Dr. Estrada and staff.
