Jabari is amazing. Very knowledgeable and has a tone of voice that is smooth and calming. The doctor was informative about health questions and efficient. Only giving 4 stars because the lenses specifically are expensive compared to other options of the same quality.

There was confusion about the results of the glaucoma test and I had difficulty understanding the remote doctor when she spoke. I still am unsure if I have any issues with my eyes. There were no optometrists available to fit glasses--I guess they all called in sick--so I was unable to purchase new glasses.

I was truly impressed by all three of the professionals I interacted with during my visit and exam. All were kind and extremely personable! While this location was a little further away from my home, I prefer to return there to make my purchase of lenses and frames.

Dr Simpson is extremely thorough, personable and knowledgeable. He is the only reason I keep coming back. I put up with the rest of the staff and their incompetence because Dr Simpson is so good at his job. I feel I'm getting the best information and prescription for my glasses.

Not a huge fan of my experience here. They did the eye exam with a telehealth doctor who was unable to control the lens machine remotely and was having issues hearing my responses. We only tested one eye, ran into technical difficulties testing the other, so the doctor told me the other eye would be the same and they would just write my prescription. The telehealth doctor was also coughing the whole time and seemed distracted and frustrated with the tech. Between the delays in communication and tech not working, I'm not sure I got an accurate eye test- but I definitely got charged for one.
I can't fault any of the staff, they are doing the best they can and are as friendly and accommodating as they can be, but it was kind of a horror show of the future of medicine.
I'll be looking elsewhere for future eye exams.

Very good experience the Doctor was really great!! He explained so much during and after the exam. Great personality And the gentleman at the front desk were so efficient at getting us checked in and helping my son pick out the right frames. The lady fitting us for our glasses and helping us decide what options to get was more than helpful. Glad we started going there. I highly recommend them
