Anthony was so wonderful! The doctors are great and knowledgeable, but Anthony's help with my two kids really made for a fantastic visit! He was patient, knowledgeable and helped manage their varying moods about getting glasses.

Mason was wonderful. Not only did she help me pick out new glasses, but she ensured that my new prescription was correct. She also fixed my current glasses so that I could see better and they are more comfortable. Best service ever at Lenscrafters!!!

Came to this store due to my glasses breaking and it being the only place open on a sunday. When I first arrived I had spoken with Rasean and explained my situation to him. He was amazing and started to help out in getting me started with a new set of glasses and went to speak with a manager about getting me some contacts to use in the meantime. He came back letting me know that he was able to give me some contacts while I waited for the new glasses. In the end I decided that it would just be easier to buy some contacts and just use them for the time being. At this time he had started helping another customer and Veronica, another worker had decided to take over. When explaining what I decided to do she then told me that they didnt have the contacts in stock and I would need to order them, even though Rasean had just gotten them from the back and they were actually sitting on the counter right next to her in plain sight. Only after paying $180 for a 6 month supply of contacts, I had found out that I could purchase a 6 month supply of the same contacts online for $60 and would be able to have them arrive next day. When I went back to the store to cancel the order only then did she try to give me a single pair of contacts stating that they could only do this since I ordered contacts. At that point I had just decided to cancel the order and order them online.

I recently purchased new glasses with progressive lenses. For them to work for me I need an adjustment in the line between distance and reading that is not the normal place. I just want to say that Julie at the Crossgates mall was so patient and knowledgeable to make sure the glasses were perfect. I highly recommend this store and Julie!!!

From the moment I stepped into Lenscrafters at Crossgates Mall in Albany, I was greeted and treated with the utmost courtesy and respect. The very friendly Store Manager Heidi came up to me and assisted me with picking out new glasses and even went the extra mile to order the frames I saw on the Lenscrafters website. I was able to get my frames and lenses at a discount and every step of the way was easy and friendly. I highly recommend Lenscrafters at Crossgates Mall!

Made an appointment, the girls up front were fine, however the young Man giving the pre exam didn't have very good communication skills and the room was filthy. it was quite obvious that nothing had been wiped down, and all machines require face, chin or eye contact. Also the glasses to try on were filthy, and finally the online Eye exam physician was unavailable! If I could rate the two lady's up front, Onna and Heidi they would get a five

Veronica, Shania, Cal, Jabari, and Dr Ahmed were so great! I usually hate the eye doctor and they made it a truly great experience from the time I got there to the time I left. I was hesitant about a tele-eye doc, until Dr. Ahmed and her amazing crew took so much time to be patient centered and informative...30 years of wearing glasses and it was the best exam I ever had. Thanks to all!

Awfully expensive and the lenses aren't right for my vision. Whether the prescription is wrong or the glasses weren't made to it would need to be determined by an impartial third party. These were more than I paid at a mom and pop store for a higher tier lens. I should have returned them but I dragged my feet and the return period has passed. These are serviceable but the money I spent is wasted. This review is intended for the Crossgates store. On the positive side that staff was helpful and courteous.
