The worker was honestly one of the sweetest people I've ever met. I went in to get my glasses fixed, and he was so kind and patient the entire time. Even when they ended up breaking again, he didn't get frustrated or anything, but did anything to give me a new pair so I wouldn't have to live with only one. It was such a thoughtful thing to do, and it honestly made my day. I will never experience this much kindness in my life ever again. I'd definitely go back again both for the glasses and because he made the whole experience feel so genuine and heartwarming.

The service here is truly remarkable! On Friday night, I broke my glasses while playing soccer and was in urgent need of getting my frames replaced. I made a call to Frank the following Saturday afternoon and he personally came down to the store to set me up with a new pair of frames. I appreciate how Frank took time out of his weekend to come in and help me out. He truly cares and goes out of his way to ensure his customers are happy and helped out as quickly as possible. 5 stars from me!

The best eye care is found at Eye to Eye Optical in Amherst, NY. The owner is Frank Senia. He is professional, patient, and knowledgeable. When my glasses arrived, I could not see clearly. Frank immediately realized my prescription was incorrect. I was overpowered in my right eye and he had me return to my eye doctor for a new prescription. When my new glasses arrived, I was amazed at how clear I could see. Frank also recommended a new shade for my sunglasses, which was perfect. I have a new friend and optician with Frank Senia who I highly recommend without hesitation! Thanks, Frank!

I think of Frank as an old school optician. He truly wants his customers to be 100% happy with their glasses. He clearly enjoys sharing the information he has gathered over decades, as well as helping people understand the differences among the many choices we have when choosing new glasses. His exams are thorough, he has professional contacts that enable him to reach out and get answers immediately. He has a great welcoming personality but is not pushy. I am hoping everyone who reads this will choose Frank as their eye care professional. He's great!

The service was excellent. Frank took his time to measure and fit me with hybrid contact lenses. This was so important to me as I was able to read 2 lines better then with the perscription from my eye doctor. He just gained a new customer with me. My lenses fit very comfortably and I can actually see noticeably better and gained more self confidence. I recommend eye to eye for contacts and I'll be going there for glasses as well!
