From being a glasses and contact wearer for over 20 years i couldn't take it anymore. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. Any questions were answered right away. While the procedure wasn't the easiest, it was super fast and felt better within a few hours. Best thing I've ever done! 10/10 recommend

They were absolutely amazing, and I'm so glad I chose them for my procedure! The entire team was incredibly kind, informative, and reassuring from start to finish. With a referral, they even helped lower the cost a bit, which I really appreciated. The follow-up process was smooth and well-organized. Any time I had a question before the procedure, I could easily text the same number that sent my reminders, and they always replied quickly--both by text and email. The pre-surgery process was seamless too. I scheduled my consultation via Zoom, received the link right away, completed everything online, and then booked an in-person appointment with ease. Highly recommend!

This was my 2nd time having procedures done at lasik vision institute and both times the experience has been wonderful. The whole team was very helpful with any questions I had about the procedure and the recovery, they informed me of what to expect and did not lead me to any false expectations for recovery. Staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and supportive throughout the process. Doctors were both thorough, friendly and able to answer all of my questions. As someone who was incredibly nervous for this procedure, they answered all of my questions, put me at ease. Overall, they were a joy to deal with. Day after surgery and already have 20/20 vision and will continue to heal and improve for next 30 days! Procedure was quick, pain-free and far less involved than anticipated. Almost all discomfort (scratchy eye, felt like an eye lash in my eye) was 70% gone by my after procedure nap and almost non-existent by my 10am follow-up appt the following AM. Highly recommend.

The staff was super friendly. The ladies at the front desk are great. The doctor was very thorough and happy to answer any questions. Dr. Mohsini's manners are incredible. Dr. Fox was also extremely knowledgeable and made the surgery super easy. I recommend this place to anyone looking to get their vision healed. You won't regret it.

One of the biggest regrets of my life I went to LASIK Vision Institute to correct astigmatism because I was having trouble focusing while reading. I could still function with reading glasses, and I trusted their guidance to improve my vision safely. That trust was a mistake. Before surgery, I was instructed to wear prescription contact lenses continuously for a full week without removing them. From the start, they were extremely uncomfortable. Every time I blinked, the lenses scraped the inside of my eyelids, causing constant irritation and pain. I could not tolerate this for the full week and removed them after five days. When I returned and explained that the contacts were painful and that my vision with them was not good, I was given a different prescription and again told to wear them continuously for another week. I could only manage two days before the discomfort became unbearable and I had to remove them. Despite clearly explaining that I could not tolerate the lenses and that my vision was not right, they proceeded with the surgery anyway. After the procedure, my eyesight was dramatically worse -- far worse than before. I now have constant blurry vision, severe light sensitivity, and a sensation like sand in my eyes. I can no longer drive at all. What I was later told is that the contact lenses caused scar tissue under my eyelids, which has led to ongoing and serious eye issues. I repeatedly returned to LASIK Vision Institute seeking help, but my concerns were dismissed and repeatedly blamed on "dry eye syndrome." This does not explain the severity of the symptoms or the permanent loss of vision I am experiencing. They have refused to take responsibility or offer meaningful help. This experience has permanently changed my life, and not for the better. I regret ever walking into this clinic. If you can manage with glasses, especially for reading, think very carefully before trusting this company with your eyesight. I would do anything to go back in time and simply be content wearing reading glasses.

The LASIK Institute was the second place I visited when considering correction. With my insurance discount, it came out under $4K for both eyes, which was cheaper than my first option and close to what I'd been paying every decade for contacts and solutions. I am nearly 50 and have developed presbyopia. Because I got tired of taking my glasses on and off to read, I opted for monovision (dominant eye for distance). One day after the surgery, I love the results. Sure, I can tell that one eye is clearer than the other but the difference is so minor I can easily go about my business without thinking about it. I was able to read the 20/15 line just as easily as the small text on my phone, so I have no complaints! The staff were great, and I highly recommend the Institute in Williamsville.

Buffalo crew did an amazing job. Doctors & technicians asked any questions asked. Reassuring they offer plan to come back and fix eyes down road if anything changes. Wish I did it sooner! Yes initially a price up front but over time between contacts and glasses it makes sense to do it. No more glasses or contacts! Thank you crew!
