I liked the doctor and have had a few eye exams here in the past few years. However, after my last exam they called me and tried to charge me an $80 copay for a simple eye exam (no contact lenses or anything extra). I have no copay for my annual exam and used my insurance same as always. I refused and they tried to convince me, but I didn't pay and they never sent me any kind of invoice. So I won't be going back there ever again.

I have had issues with my vision for years. But no doctors could get the prescription just right. Until I came here, now, I have a prescription that works and does not give me a headache, and the doctor listens to my issues and found a solution. I cannot thank her enough. This is a great optical. I recommend 1000%.
My work has improved as well because I can see and I make less typos and mistakes.

I rarely leave a one-star review, but my experience at this practice warrants it. From the moment I met the doctor, her demeanor was unprofessional and concerning. She exhibited a dismissive attitude towards my questions, and at times, was outright rude. Given the stressful nature of undergoing a vision exam, especially as one's vision deteriorates with age, I found her behavior completely inappropriate and unhelpful. This experience left me feeling disrespected and frustrated. I even addressed her demeanor with the receptionist. I will not be returning to this practice in the future.

I came here three times during business days/hours to pick up my glasses and they are closed. I try calling, nobody picks up the phone and there is no voicemail.The sign on the door states their hours are 9:00-6:00 Monday - Saturday but I think they are by appointment only. Shady business. Next time I am getting glasses elsewhere.
