As always, Dr Marcus doesa very thorough examination, also comparing previous visits. He has been my retina specialist for several years, and I would recommend him to anyone having similar symptoms as I do. He explains his findings and pleasantly answers all your questions.

Dr. Marcus did an excellent job of determining the problem with my retina and then used a laser to eliminate the tear in my left eye. Also, the support team, including the nurses did an excellent job of making clear what would be happening to me throughout the process. Thank you all for taking good care of me!!!

Dr Marcus is an extremely experienced retinal specialist and knows what he is doing. This is critical when it comes to caring for retinal eye problems which can lead to blindness. You're in good hands with him.

I arrived for my 1:15 appointment, received high contrast retinal dilation and was seen by Dr Marcus. Once again I was very happy with treatment for my macular degeneration and would recommend Dr Marcus without hesitation

Each time I bring my elderly father for his retina appointment thre time spent at the location has been two or more hours. This is not acceptable for an elderly patient. In addition, the shuffling around between waiting room and exam rooms and then testing rooms is extremely difficult for elderly adults that have difficulty walking. I feel the office and Steph should be more accommodating to the demographics they are servicing. I don't find it beneficial to be in an appointment for 2 plus hours that the majority of the time is spent waiting. The initial exam by the tech was approximately 5 minutes. We were told to sit back in the waiting room that was for maybe another 30 minutes approximately then moved to a different room for another test which took approximately 5 minutes, then moved to another waiting room to wait for another approximately 30 minutes to then go see the actual doctor who saw the patient for approximately 2 minutes. I truly feel that this process be streamlined

I arrived at 8:20. And was finished by 9:00. Everyone was very efficient.

Love Dr Marcus however his manager and staff refused to call my MAS OFFICE TO HELP ME GET ADDITIONAL VISITS TO BE TRANSPORTED TO AND FROM MY HOME WITH MY EYES DILATED !!! Terrible customer support!!!
