This place is amazing. I lost my glasses and they were able to get me an eye exam same day I walked in and had my glasses ready next day. I'm very thankful for the exceptional service and will be going here for the rest of my life. Staff was very friendly and welcoming, the doctors are also very helpful and informative. Wish I could give them 10 stars. Definitely recommend

First, I have cataracts and it's difficult getting a good script. The entire staff is so nice, helpful and does their best. They go above and beyond. Dr. Leibstein is amazing and my glasses are better than any in years. The frame selection is amazing. Thank you guys.

What a disappointment! Had a very positive experience in the past however my last visit was very troubling. Don't use this place of business if you want assistance with finding the right frames for yourself. The frames I purchased were not to my liking and I found them to be uncomfortable. I was seeking assistance to find better frames for the shape of my face as well as a lighter frame. Forget it! You are on your own with the exception of a person pointing where to go. Not sure why they even have two tables for frame consultants to help customers because no one seems to care one bit ... at least on this day.

Inicially, I gave them 2 stars because I found the doctor to be rude. However, I decided to update my rating to 4 stars because my glasses arrived much sooner than expected, and the staff at this place is truly special. They are very kind and professional, and I feel they go above and beyond to provide good service. I really appreciate their attention.

Staff and Dr very professional, does not make you leave until you fully satisfied.

I just called these people to make an appointment. Absolutely zero patience with neurodivergent seniors or the disabled for that matter. Excuse me ma'am I was not talking over you. Everything was cool until you projected you lost the sale no way sorry.

This dr's office is amazing. They took such great care. From the front desk to meeting with the Dr, himself. Florencio at the front desk is very attentive and I was able to schedule an appt quickly. You're not waiting long. Met with Dr. Facchin who is kind and caring. He checked my eyes thoroughly and had me come back for a follow up as I was having a lot of issues with my eyes. He found the root cause and gave me a prescription. He wanted to make sure the medication was helping my eyes so I had come in for a follow up. They are great. I would recommend going to them as it is rare to find an office that takes such great care in their patients. Thank you!

I came a week early not realizing but the staff was considerate and luckily there was a cancellation so they did take me right in. The office is clean the staff is very considerate and accommodating. The doctor was very thorough constantly asking me questions and always asking me if I understood what he was saying. I felt very confident once the doctor started the exam. Very thorough. I would highly recommend this office for your ride exam I was nervous but the doctor made me feel very confident and comfortable. I would highly recommend this office for your eye exam
